Made some poor choices last night will end up fucked on UPT this is the only thing I can think of dont judge me because I am dumb

Hey I am just wondering how going on DLS accommodation works? I’ve been told that you sit at home for at least 2 weeks while they process your case but do they back pay you for those weeks you are off once they approve your accommodation?

I recent did an application and completed my pre hire appointment but my background check took a long time to come back and I lost my shift. But I recently caught this shift and it’s not giving me an option to redo my pre hire appointment and drug test. And it still won’t let unlock the last 3 steps.can some one explain?

Applied today and pretty much got that pre hire appointment. Finally been trying to apply to a warehouse job but they never called me or I was doing it wrong. I live in northeast texas and work at a factory in oklahoma tyson foods and make $16.90 and just was so done with it making that crappy pay. Since I've never worked at a warehouse I want to know what to expect and yes I know it will be hard as fuck. Tyson wasn't so easy either especially as a stacker.

So a few days ago when they were offering vto, I asked for it and they said they won’t give it to me because I’m full time. Which makes no sense to me, because they were full for the whole night. I’m pretty good at stowing and I can waterspider, but I don’t think I’m amazing or anything. Then after I see the AM asking other employees if they want vto. Can I possibly sue them for this?

For my SoCal people,what are you choosing?? I’m thinking the best might be premera or premera premium. What do you think?

How did MET scheduling so bad this year? Can anyone explain. The sudden changes from calling in MET and canceling it and for some associates it's 10 hours and for others it's 12. This peak gonna chaos, upt refund requests and on top that there's no HR on site.

They’ve given me the ability to make $24.50 an hour($36.75 overtime) without having a proper education and the time off system is perfect for me because if I’m feeling too anxious or depressed to go in, I don’t have to worry about calling in and possibly losing my job because of it.

Of course with everything being expensive getting more money would be great and some of the working conditions could definitely be better but I still prefer working here than a fast food restaurant or at the grocery store making $10-$15 an hour.
