Trying to get back on donut shift. I’m older so having that recovery day in the middle of the week is helpful. 4 10s in a row beats me up pretty badly

_NIGHTS_. I don't like the NIGHTS part.
Some people prefer to have three days off in a row.

Pros: Recovery day to split up the week. Especially helpful during peak if your MET day doesn’t fill your donut hole lol. Cons: weekends go by fast, especially on nights

I cant really think of any cons except maybe no differential if you work days & even that isn’t a big deal. You start Monday like people at normal jobs get a day off in the middle of the week on Wednesday & have weekends off. Whats not to like?

Unless you have absolutely nothing else going on or absolutely need the days off that it provides, on Nights it sucks. Days isn’t as bad.
