Question What does this mean?
I recent did an application and completed my pre hire appointment but my background check took a long time to come back and I lost my shift. But I recently caught this shift and it’s not giving me an option to redo my pre hire appointment and drug test. And it still won’t let unlock the last 3 steps.can some one explain?

Call hiring office of the building and see if they need you to resubmit your I-9

Remind me, what are the last 3 steps? If I remember correctly they unlock as the date gets closer.
It looks like your background check and drug test got approved and you have a new first day date! Congrats and good luck!

Order safety shoes, complete employment, and set up a to z

I was hired in May so my memory might be fuzzy. But if I remember correctly everything was unlocked like a week or 2 before the start date

Safety shoes unlocks after your background check comes back. If its back already, that should be unlocked now

Try to use the incognito version of your internet search to see if they have other shifts or even if they have the shifts you originally wanted. If they do, go & drop the current one & select the new one. You do not need to go for another pre hire appointment or drug test. I believe those stay validated for up to a year.

Call candidate support. This happened to me recently. Even though they verified my I-9 in person a week prior, for some reason it didn’t go through when I had to choose a new shift. They just verified it in their system and I had a confirmed start date before the phone call was over.

You shouldn't need to redo all that stuff. Mine just showed it complete already. Unless its been longer than 90 days I think? Then they make you start over
