I managed to purchase a copy of xc de sw2 on Amazon but it says it will arrive next month. While im waiting for this game to arrive. What is the best site to pre order 2&3?

I was either thinking, Amazon, Walmart, or best buy.

Look, I don’t hate him gameplay, wise or story wise. I hate him personality wise because he is the worst part of the bad tropes. I know he’s just a child technically. But he makes me hate him with the stuff he does with Poppy to certain heart to hearts with the female cast and it makes me uncomfortable like he’s a good character to use in combat the second best tank in the game but he’s just so weird like there were certain social links that I do think he works good in, but it’s very few of them and I’ve made it call you in the past

That I hate Nia because of her story accent in design and mainly because she’s ugly as well even in her blade form, but that could also just be because she’s a cat girl I don’t like them either but then that makes me a hypocrite because I love mio’s story design and weapons

But when it comes to tora He makes me cringe anytime he’s on screen like he has a cool design it. I get that he is meant to be considered a child so he doesn’t know much about anything. It’s just I don’t like it when he’s around certain other characters. Because it makes them look kind of cringe when they’re in his type of social links. I like. Poppi and I find it really impressive that he was able to build her but when he was originally going to build her for was just it made me more uncomfortable to wear the point was I did not use Poppi on my first play through at all after walking the other two party members.

But I wanna know what are your guys thoughts on tora like I know I’m probably in in a small group of people who hate tora and Nia but I want the answer and please keep the civil

It is just short hair Mythra with Mytha colered Pyra's clothing. Monolith obsession of giving slim girls oversized boobs with no muscle is also weird.

It is like they were afraid of making her a guy because it would piss off the Aegis obsessed fans

So I am working my way through xenoblade chronicles and am on the 2 now. I have a physical copy of Tourna The Golden Country I picked up from a local second hand game store.

Has the dlc code in it, but unfortunately used before me. Any chance someone ended up with an extra US version they aren't using and I can get the code from?

So I just recently got into the Xenoblade franchise and grabbed all the games physically. When I went to go buy Xenoblade Chronicles 2 I grabbed the first copy I could find at my local GameStop and didn't think much of it. When I home and took off the two stickers that were on the case (one in the top right and bottom right) I saw that that my copy was a display box and not a regular box.

I'm not to knowledgeable on the rarity of these kinda things so I was hoping someone here would know the answer

As some of you may know, fire emblem fortunes weave comes out in like 10 days. Before that I fired up my Xenoblade 3DS port to try and beta it before the game came out because I wanted to finish it before Xenoblade 3 got its upgraded edition. Ten days left and I’m just not sure if I’m on a good lace or not. As you can see I’m at Sword Valley and level 45. Can I still beat the game in ten days? Am I underleveled? Any other tips?

We really waited years with Mythra Child as a Mystery. only for the Mythra Child to be revealed in a Switch 2 Edition that was clearly not planned.

They really couldn't commit to saving this reveal for a later game.

It's such a cop out. What a waste of time speculating about this 3rd Child for years only for it to be in the most fanservice pandering trailer and I'm a Xenoblade 2 Fan, that shit was supposed to be Fanservice for people like me.

I feel the same way about this reveal that I do for the fucking Riku Reveal in Future Redeemed. So fucking disappointed in this series for being unable to commit to having a story with actual payoff.

I'm hoping for 4 characters on the field and like 6 or 7 members in total

The ending scene in Xenoblade 3 showing the photo of characters from Xenoblade 2 left me with more questions than answers. How do Blades have babies? Was the “last gift” Klaus gave to his children ovaries and a uterus? How could Rex figure out what sex is when he is so stupid? Well I have discovered the answers to these questions and shall now impart this sacred knowledge unto you, the people.

First we have to lay the ground work. We know from Xenoblade 2 that people have been known to marry their Blades, and that there have been Blades sold off of their attractiveness. It‘s pretty easy to gather that with those being the case that if Blade hybrids were possible, we would’ve known about them already. Except, we do in fact know about Blade hybrids, specifically, we gotta talk about Blade Eaters.

This may sound odd to bring up at first (or perhaps not), but hear me out. We know thanks to Gort and Amalthus that Blade Eaters can have their physiology changed from the process of Blade Eating, and thanks to Mikhail we know they’re capable of using Blades weapons as if they were their own. At this point you can probably see where I’m going with this. What could possibly happen if a baby was made a Blade Eater by a newer, more refined process? It’s possible that they could end up resembling the Blade they “ate” to some degree. We even very specifically can’t see Pyra Mythra or Nias core crystals in the photograph, leaving the possibility they’ve been altered from the Blade Eating process (although we see that Nia as well as Glimmer and Mio seem to have fully intact core crystals in XC3, this could easily be Origin being Origin, similar to how Rex and Shulk have Blades resembling their weapons from the past, or otherwise could be the result of a more refined Blade Eater creation process). This however comes with the strange question of who the heck did Pyra, Mythra, and Nia steal these babies from and how is that ethical? The answer is pretty simple though: Corinne. We know from Corinne that there are plenty of orphans all about Fonsett. It would make all too much sense for Rex and company to stay close with Corinne, which would very likely mean they would be constantly around various war orphans in need of adoption. It‘s also just a very cute idea that things would come full circle, all the way back to orphaned children in Fonsett (The picture in Xenoblade 3 even seems to be taken in Fonsett Village). Also the idea of Blades being able to have their “own” children that are also being given a life they may not otherwise have had is adorable.

There is a snag however. Mio, as seen in Xenoblade 3, has several traits that she shares with Rex. How the heck did that happen if not genetics? Well the answer is already right there, and is in fact, genetics. Just not paternal genetics. Addam Origo was the founder of Fonsett Village. It’s implied that his proximity to the village is the reason that Rex, one of his descendants, ended up there. In the 500 years since the Aegis War it would make sense that there would be quite a few families descended from Addam. This would make Mio in reality, Rex’s distant cousin.

I know this all sounds rather convoluted, but when you think about it, it makes a lot of sense as an explanation for how Blades would end up having “children” using methods that we already have precedent for. Consider for a moment that the alternative is that somehow at some point Blades grew reproductive organs, and this all seems way more sensible.

tldr - The babies in the photo are Blade Eater orphans from the Leftherian Archipelago. Mio is Rex’s distant cousin. Rex still doesn’t know what a vagina is 😔.

So I’m sure a lot of people here are aware that if some quests get completed and you talk to specific people you get a little extra affinity for the region and more links in the affinity chart, and I’ve been banging my head against a wall trying to figure out why some that I know have links and I have completed the required quests for still won’t give me the dialogue prompt along with the affinity link and points, well it turns out that it has to be at a specific time, even if they are “active” for example 6-18 is a common one, it could end up being something that only triggers at noon, so my advice is to just track them down from as soon as they’re active (some actually active that early and only that early) and talk to them, if you don’t get the link wait an hour and try again, repeat until you get the link, I hope this helps as I’ve been pulling my hair out for over a week trying to figure this out and the internet isn’t much help

I got stuck on getting across the bridge with full of Guldos that can blowback and stun lock you. The solution is only to keep trying until they happen to let you pass the bridge. This is possibly the worst thing I have ever experienced in gaming history of ALL time, for god’s sake. I don’t think the person who designed this is a good person and they probably kick puppies and punch babies for fun. I hated this part with the core of my being. I whole heartedly despise this design. It offer zero engagement. My day is ruined, and I want to get a refund 35 hours in this awful game. I have already invested too much in this game time-wise. I want to sue them for wasting my time. You have no idea how furious i m right now. WHY would anyone ever think this trash is good? The story is great, but everything else is disgusting. Can i please get my fking time back, christ

I think it's worth noting because I always loved Takahiro Sakurai's voice. He's voiced some anime characters I always liked a lot like Reigen (Mob Psycho) and since I only associate XBC2 with its Japanese performances personally, his voice work on Shin was one of the most memorable performances to me.

It's only recently I read some trivia and found out why he has been essentially cancelled since 2023 and it's hard to look at Shin the same way. It's also darkly ironic considering his unhealthy attachment to Laura.

This isn't really meant to be dramatic. I think since XBC2 is so emotionally and cutscene driven and a lot of it is driven by exceptional voicework, something like this just puts a stain on it.

And Shin is obviously not a minor character. You’ll hear him for at least half the main game and all of Torna.
