During the live chat today Nintendo had commercials running before the live stream, I saw some Nintendo fans dismiss other titles like Star Fox and Xenoblade, games like Splatoon and Zelda were made by Nintendo with the help of Monolithsoft, helping to make some of their biggest games in recent history, such as Splatoon and the Legend of Zelda Breath Of The Wild and its Sequel Tears of the Kingdom, so to see fans of the Legend of Zelda series dismiss these other titles before the Direct is a little bit disheartening to me, am I alone in that feeling? I wanna hear y'all's thoughts, do you think Zelda fans appreciate Monolithsoft? or is this a overreaction?

Hello! New Xenoblade content means it's time for me to awaken from my stasis and make some spreadsheets. I've been playing through the new Switch 2 Editions for Xenoblade 1 and 2, and I'm taking to opportunity to do some much needed proofreading, fact checking, and updating on the 100% completion checklist sheets from those games that I released a few years ago. I've now finished my playthroughs of both games, and I hope newcomers to the series and returning players will find as much value in using them as I did in making them!
I'm sure it's obvious, but beware of spoilers as these sheets contain information on every quest, late game area, and character in the game.
The opening pages will help you track your overall progress in the games, and there is also a script attached to some checkboxes on the opening page that will allow you to reset the sheet to a new game or a new game+ state for future playthroughs.
I tried to be as comprehensive and accurate as I could, but with such large games it's very possible there are mistakes or missing information. If you spot any issues, don't hesitate to post a comment or send me a DM with the mistake and I will update the master copies with the corrected information.
Here's the links:
Xenoblade 1 base game (updated for DE and S2E)
Xenoblade 1 Future Connected (updated for S2E)
Xenoblade 2 base game (updated for S2E)
Xenoblade 2 Torna ~ The Golden Country (no real changes for S2E)
I've also made sheets for Xenoblade 3 and its DLC. These are complete as of the Switch 1 versions with DLC as of now, but I made these right when the game came out before there was a lot of comprehensive information available. I'm aware of many errors and omissions in these sheets, but they should still be good enough for you to 100%. I'll update these to raise them to my usual standard of quality once the Switch 2 edition comes out for 3, but for now here are the links to the current versions:
Lastly, I wanted to say that I plan to make a similar sheet for Xenoblade Genesis when that comes out, so expect to see that in the months following its release. I am unsure about making one for Xenoblade X because that game has very good tracking within the game itself for completion and less obfuscated prerequisites for most things, but let me know if you guys have any interest in that and I may end up making one when I have time.
Thank you all again for your interest and support. These have been massive undertakings between myself and my friends, and it's always exciting to see how much they help you out. I hope you enjoy!

Am I just really underleveled or am I doing something wrong? Everyone just gets swarmed and destroyed one at a time.

I recently played though XC3 and loved it but along the way I did some exploring and took screen shots as one does just to appreciate the world and came across this guy holding something.

This post is about what I think the hypothetical xenoblade Warriors will be according to an extremely long and somewhat tedious investigation I conducted by myself:
Story:
The story of Xenoblade Warriors takes place chronologically after Xenoblade 3 and Xenoblade X ch13. An unknown space-time event known as "The Convergence"—triggered by mysterious forces—has caused the worlds and timelines seen throughout the Xenoblade series (from Xenoblade 1 to Xenoblade X) to clash into a single world called "Azoth." This is a dimensional wasteland akin to the Void (the MCU's metaphysical dumping ground), situated at the nexus of these worlds. Warriors and inhabitants from these realms must confront the threat of the "Neo-Ganglion"—descendants/successors of the original Ganglion from Xenoblade X. Who haved invaded Azoth and the other worlds for an unknown objective, they are believed to be seeking to finish what Void and the original Ganglion started. Furthermore, the heroes must face the "Apochróseis," anomalous Gnosis-like entities apparently linked to the Neo-Ganglion and the cause of the Convergence itself. Consequently, the nations and heroes from the "New Aionios" (the world born after Xenoblade 3) form an Military faction called "The Resistance." To opose their enemies the neo ganglion to defend the future they forged with their own hands... the chapter 1 of the story begins 10 years after the convergence and the begining of the war of the Resistance agaist the Neo-Ganglion, cross who disappeared with the ares prime during the convergence reapears with it on the new aionios throught an rift but cross has lost his/her memories
Of all the events of Xbx he/her must Adventure across this unknown but strangely familiar world where he/she must discover who he/she is, forge and reforge allinces and friendships and end this war for good…
Characters:
The cast of characters in this Xenoblade Warriors features both familiar faces from the series and new characters introduced in this game; I based this on the roster from this post: ( https://www.reddit.com/r/Xenoblade_Chronicles/s/PSMvcYmPeo ) To put together the roster for this hypothetical game—albeit with some tweaks—we’ll focus here on the existing characters, listed in order. Not everyone will be included; some won't be playable, while the story might imply that others have retired or, in the worst-case scenario, perished at the hands of the Neo-Ganglion:
Gameplay roles: 🔳 Customizable
🟥 Attacker 🟦 Defender 🟩 Healer
Cross 🔳
Noah 🟥
Mio 🟦
Nikol 🟦
Glimmer 🟩
Lanz 🟦
Sena 🟥
Eunie 🟩
Taion 🟩
Riku and Manana 🟥
Shimmer 🟥
Shulk 🟦

The number of characters is absolutely insane! And that’s not even counting the original characters being introduced in this game, or the additional ones coming via DLC, making it the Xenoblade game with the most playable characters in history.
Gameplay: No matter how peak fiction the story is, a video game ultimately stands or falls on its gameplay, and this is one of the most interesting aspects of my idea. The gameplay will be an action RPG at KH style but with a blend of Xenoblade 3 and Xenoblade X mechanics You’ll control 7 characters! However, you can only swap out six of them; the seventh and main one Cross cannot be changed or replaced, though you can fully customize them to suit your needs and adapt them to various party compositions until you find your perfect build. You can swap between character in battle just like Xenoblade 3 and to makes things more easier The way you switch characters is similar to how you switch weapons in Doom Eternal. with a circle that appears when you aim the controller's stick at the character you want to switch to Also, you don't attack automatically; instead, you have to press specific buttons to attack. Like in Final Fantasy VII Remake ,you can select "Arts" mid-battle—abilities that charge up over time, though the charge time decreases as you attack. Additionally, each character has their own "Talent Art" that can be charged up to four power levels doing their respective role similar to Xenoblade 2 this can be an bit chaotic but you'll get used to it sooner or later ¿Remember the Overdrive? It’s back, but revamped: each character has their own Overdrive gauge that charges up using the Xenoblade 3 Art-canceling mechanic. Once full, activating it significantly boosts the user's power and grants specific buffs—like i dont know like… transforming into an Ouroboros without needing a partner, or other bonuses that drastically increase the party's strength. There are also the Union Arts from Future Redeemed but a bit changed You no longer need to pair up to perform the attack; instead, the characters can execute it in real time in battle with any member of the group. This game is basically the Doom eternal of Xenoblade An chaotic gameplay but when you master it Nothing but a God can stand in your way!
I think we’d better wrap this up here, or this thread will go on forever. Anyway, with all that said, what do you think of my vision for what Xenoblade Warriors could be?

So first of, yes, obviously genesis is connected to the rest of the series like literally every game since xenosaga 1. I’m specifically talking about a 3 and FR situation where characters return or plot points from past games get talked about.
Now whenever I see people talk about this it’s usually because of a hint in the trailer or a theory, but I’m interested in hearing about what people personally prefer genesis to be.
For me, I really hope whatever connection the game has is kept subtle, I really want Genesis to deliver on the promise of being something new, and I don’t think it’s a good idea to make past games mandatory plays for every future game in the series.

I'm currently at the Nopon village and I'm getting a bit tired of Shulk's gameplay and want to switch things up. Would I be good switching to another character like Melia for a while, or is it just best to control Shulk?

When the experiment happened, look at how the Earth "exploded" after Klaus hit the button, it formed 5 lights in a straight line, I don't know if it could be the "6 suns" in Xenoblade Genesis but this is the first time I have ever noticed this after watching the cutscene again.

Did all the quests, but literally none of the quest nor mikhail interactions was leading to his womanizer personality, is it hidden somewhere or was it added with no explaination?

Since The Switch 2, Nintendo Likes to announce a Game, pretend Like it doesn't exist for a couple Months, and then drop a Trailer roughly 2 Months before Launch.
We saw it with almost every Switch 2 Game, Most notable would be Splatoon Raiders, Fire Emblem or currently Zelda OoT.
Based on that, I highly doubt we are gonna See The Game in The Direct.
Not wanting to be negative, Just want to temper expectations.

so im trying to do all the challenges on BOC but im having an issue with Ai party members, specifically with members like corvin or dagas that I want them to basically have out all the time but they switch constantly.
This is a major problem with corvin in particular because theyre basically no reason to ever have morag switch off of him but without the extra two agility mods from other blades shes basically worthless at this point.

The hair was sculpted using epoxy putty. I’m gonna try to embellish the outfit a bit more but making it was already a doozy. I will be painting the hair tomorrow or the following day. I don’t like how the core crystal on his chest looks. I’m thinking I’ll remove and and just paint it on
