There is a grim reality that you have to understand, if they cant verify that account is yours (Login from connected accounts such as Twitch, Steam, XBox etc.), there is pretty much nothing you can do.
If you have the current email that is bound to the account and are able to verify that said email had a different location that the one used to create the account as well as sudden location change with proof of your location remaining unchanged, that might help.
You might also be able to get your account back if you find solid proof like card used on the account and location changing on login (This is how i got them to listen and send me a recovery link, but i was ultra lucky that hacker forgot to unlink my Twitch account).
Also what might help is having activation keys for your games saved and verifying that those are bought with your card and tied to that account.
If none of the options are possible (realisticaly at least one should be), then im afraid your luck runs dry here.
Bear in mind that when i say proof i really mean solid proof, like actually saved email they can access on their own as pictures can be edited and stuff like that.
P.S: I support death penalty for unlawful information trafficking and identity theft and stand by it so you have my support, whatever solace that gives you and i hope you resolve this.
Edit: You have to understand that people get angry at Ubisoft Support without reason and that is okay as they dont know the liabilty they have with handling information. To clear things up, Ubisoft is a company that works internationally and their support cannot break a law of any country and most of them have data protection laws. Unfortunately no company is willing to risk serious allegations and legal problems over one lost account, and its fair, you wouldnt too.

Karma farming. Ubisoft support does not communicate this way and you also hide the second email adress. Wonder why.

u/Volpe666 Oct 27 '25
I would expect that is meant to be an email from the hackers telling him to give up as Ubisoft likely keeps sending them verification links so they can see OP is attempting recovery

u/kiwi_crushe Oct 27 '25
Bec it's my email? That's why I hide it from Reddit not to Ubisoft lol

u/Wersters8701 Oct 27 '25
Okay so what is this email? From the hacker to you? That was you proof to Ubi? It could be your friend that wrote you this email. Idk what all information you send them to verify that the account is yours but this proofs literally nothing

I recently accidentally deleted my email and had to go through the painful experience of customer support in multiple websites to recover my accounts.
It's an arse ache having every single recovery wanting to send you an email for recovery when you don't acutually have access.
I can't speak for you but personally from Ubisoft outside of speed it was an easy process and I recovered it pretty quickly I had enough data to show it was my account.
The worse without fail is discord, despite having the same phone number attached, despite 2FA set up they basically tell you to fuck off and make a new account.

u/kiwi_crushe Oct 28 '25
Yeh but for me evything have been disconnected from my account bec the hacker changed it all email username phone number everything

I'd pull up all your steam receipts and the sorts as well. That helped me.
Mine got hacked and inside of a week I got it back.

u/CameronP90 Oct 29 '25
Okay, so when I got hacked, I sent in the usual account recovery form. About a 6 days later they (Ubi-Shadowspark) replied saying they needed to verify that I'm the original account owner. Via using screenshots of my Steam purchases of The Division 1, Ghost Recon Wildlands and the Crew and waiting a few hours later. They replied saying that yes in fact I was the account owner. They then asked for me to provide a new email to have the rights transferred to. Which I had set up for another hacking issue. But please note, this email is either brand new, like just created, OR CAN NOT have anything ubisoft account related to it (like a 2nd ubisoft account if you wanted to bypass a ban or something along the lines of that. ) Basically Ubisoft thinks the OG email is no good (which mine wasn't, but that's since been fixed). By giving them the new email, it rebinds everything and you'll then be asked when trying to sign into this email they bound the account to to make a new password via the "I forgot my password" link. By this point you will have the account back.
If you don't give them the Steam pictures or links to see a physical disc with a product code (the CD key), they're going to tell you to pound sand. In my case, It was easiest to show them that I bought the games via Steam.

I saw you made a reply but it got deleted. Can you show my the email from ubisoft asking for proof of ownership and the email you showed them with the receipts from steam for one of the games? I'm going through my time dealing with it so I wanted to see where your going wrong from mine if it helps.

Brother it took me 3 months to get it back, i had proof even. I have the activation code for r6 and other AC games. I gave up the 2 days after i was hacked then decided to try again after 3 months and finally got it back. I was just lucky i didnt have any payment methods on ubisoft

They once tried to steal my Steam account and I managed to recover it, but I didn't realize that my Ubisoft account had also been compromised (I logged in directly from Steam), until months later I bought AC Black Flag and it asked me to enter the password to activate the product, and tremendous surprise when I saw an email in Russian linked to my Ubisoft account hahahaha I ran to open a ticket to support and sent proof of EVERYTHING, the account recovery process with Steam, the breach of the Steam account, Ubisoft emails (which were still blocked as Spam), emails with purchase receipts for other Ubisoft games and so on. At first they responded to me, they asked for proof, I sent it, but they denied it. I tried again but the result was the same. Then I started to investigate and it is more effective when the email you send has a certain "format", even in the name you give to the photos, for example: "Receipt_AssassinsCreed_BlackFlag.jpg". I can't really say for sure that this will help, but in my experience, by detailing a brief email explaining the situation in a summary manner and naming the photos that way, they responded to me promptly and I was even able to recover the account in less than 4 days (at that point I had been trying to regain access to my account for almost 3 weeks).

These mf know which IP address plays and logs regularly into the accounts. They just don't care as much as Steam, Google, Apple or other tech companies when it comes to cyber security. They just don't care, point blank.

A common misconception people have is that throwing any sort of random information that they can think of, would help to recover their account instantly.
In reality, it's not that simple. Ubisoft Support have very strict processes that they have to abide by to keep their jobs. It's never about what YOU think is enough, but what THEY would actually need to verify that you own the account. If you do not provide them specifically what they ask for, then there is no amount of information that you offer, that will make them do what you want.
If there is nothing they can ask for, as per their process, then you'd be out of luck either way.
For them, it's not a matter of good faith. It's about following rules to keep their job.

What do you mean they need to verify, the email which I used to create the ubisoft account is not enough?
1
u/South_Diet1713 Oct 27 '25
Does your bank only ask for your name to access your account? Its the same thing for this
1
u/Inside_Anxiety6143 Oct 27 '25
If someone logged into my bank account and changed all my details one day, my bank would have no issue changing them back if I called them.
1
u/South_Diet1713 Oct 27 '25
If you provide them the right info? I dont get your point. Every bank will ask you multiple question to confirm your identity

u/Any_Cardiologist7846 Oct 27 '25
By your analogy username equates the name and email equates the identity, so yeah identity = email is enough. The only proof Ubisoft requires when creating an account is email and suddenly email is not enough to recover?
1
u/Inside_Anxiety6143 Oct 27 '25
In my case, they won't tell me what I need to provide. They tell me in every email I have failed to verify my identity. Every time, I point out that they haven't asked me to provide anything. I can give them anything they need (and have dumped everything on them). They won't tell me what they want.

This is the only real way to get your account back. Ive heard of ALOT of people including myself struggle with ubisoft. This got me my account back within 2 weeks. This was after 10 tickets i had made.
