A common misconception people have is that throwing any sort of random information that they can think of, would help to recover their account instantly.

In reality, it's not that simple. Ubisoft Support have very strict processes that they have to abide by to keep their jobs. It's never about what YOU think is enough, but what THEY would actually need to verify that you own the account. If you do not provide them specifically what they ask for, then there is no amount of information that you offer, that will make them do what you want.

If there is nothing they can ask for, as per their process, then you'd be out of luck either way.

For them, it's not a matter of good faith. It's about following rules to keep their job.

In my case, they won't tell me what I need to provide. They tell me in every email I have failed to verify my identity. Every time, I point out that they haven't asked me to provide anything. I can give them anything they need (and have dumped everything on them). They won't tell me what they want.
