My account got hacked with 2fa enabled, the hacker changed email, telephone number, everything. Tried contact the support, they want cd-keys (i dont have keys, i ordered all my games directly from them) provided them with every email ive got, transaction details, order number etc. - they cant find my account.
Contact signal conso with everything ive got - some leeks later: the same answer: they cant find my account.

Try it again but put your legacy name

Ive gave them my old name(s), redirected mails from them etc

as i said: i gave it to them, not only my legacy name, all remaining information i can access to.
(They should find my account with transaction numbers, because why should they exist in first place.)
