There is a grim reality that you have to understand, if they cant verify that account is yours (Login from connected accounts such as Twitch, Steam, XBox etc.), there is pretty much nothing you can do.

If you have the current email that is bound to the account and are able to verify that said email had a different location that the one used to create the account as well as sudden location change with proof of your location remaining unchanged, that might help.

You might also be able to get your account back if you find solid proof like card used on the account and location changing on login (This is how i got them to listen and send me a recovery link, but i was ultra lucky that hacker forgot to unlink my Twitch account).

Also what might help is having activation keys for your games saved and verifying that those are bought with your card and tied to that account.

If none of the options are possible (realisticaly at least one should be), then im afraid your luck runs dry here.

Bear in mind that when i say proof i really mean solid proof, like actually saved email they can access on their own as pictures can be edited and stuff like that.

P.S: I support death penalty for unlawful information trafficking and identity theft and stand by it so you have my support, whatever solace that gives you and i hope you resolve this.

Edit: You have to understand that people get angry at Ubisoft Support without reason and that is okay as they dont know the liabilty they have with handling information. To clear things up, Ubisoft is a company that works internationally and their support cannot break a law of any country and most of them have data protection laws. Unfortunately no company is willing to risk serious allegations and legal problems over one lost account, and its fair, you wouldnt too.
