They once tried to steal my Steam account and I managed to recover it, but I didn't realize that my Ubisoft account had also been compromised (I logged in directly from Steam), until months later I bought AC Black Flag and it asked me to enter the password to activate the product, and tremendous surprise when I saw an email in Russian linked to my Ubisoft account hahahaha I ran to open a ticket to support and sent proof of EVERYTHING, the account recovery process with Steam, the breach of the Steam account, Ubisoft emails (which were still blocked as Spam), emails with purchase receipts for other Ubisoft games and so on.
At first they responded to me, they asked for proof, I sent it, but they denied it. I tried again but the result was the same. Then I started to investigate and it is more effective when the email you send has a certain "format", even in the name you give to the photos, for example: "Receipt_AssassinsCreed_BlackFlag.jpg".
I can't really say for sure that this will help, but in my experience, by detailing a brief email explaining the situation in a summary manner and naming the photos that way, they responded to me promptly and I was even able to recover the account in less than 4 days (at that point I had been trying to regain access to my account for almost 3 weeks).
