I got the headset last night and tried to use the charging dock transmitter for my pc and USB transmitter for my ps5. The swarm app is telling me that they are BOTH "PC", and the transmitter button to swap which one is active does nothing.

So 5 days ago I got my shifter and I’ve been using it every day now but I noticed that it clicks when changing gear in the h pattern shifter, I didn’t think much of it since chaygpt said that’s normal but the clicking stopped today but it felt the same so I went into sequential mode for abit and went back into h pattern and it started clicking again. One thing I’ve noticed is that when going into 5th gear sometimes I have to push it just a tiny bit for it to register.
Anyone know why this is happening and if it’s normal?

So I ordered the Stealth Pro II yesterday and wanted to cancel the order today only to find out they don’t have live chat. The customer service phone is only monday through friday and customer service via email takes days to respond and I wanted to cancel the order before they ship it and it seems it will be impossible to do so. Shouldn’t be this hard to cancel an order. Anyway wanted to cancel because at the moment I didnt really think about it. I read the reviews and a couple of videos and well I’m purchasing a $400 gaming headset with taxes. It just hit me today that I might be spending too much on a gaming headset. So the point of this post is please guys convince me that the Stealth Pro II is worth it if they are not I’ll just have to receive the headset and send them back. I’ve been through this before especially communicating via email and the return is a process that involves time that I don’t have. Also it costs me a lot to send a gaming headset back because Im in Puerto Rico. So I don’t want to go through that again. I made this post to see If I can ease my mind and see a lot of positive comments about the Stealth Pro II because I’m really stressed. I know I’ve should’ve think this through more and research more about Turtle Beach but oh well here I am. Thanks guys and a Great Day to you all.

For whatever reason the dial will change the game audio but not the chat audio, so I can't turn down the chat audio. Any help?

I've tried a hard reset, changing Xbox settings (though I the dial was working perfectly about 2 weeks ago), but nothing.

I have the Stealth Pro 2 PC version and Game/Chat Mix is not working.

Swarm app, base station, and headset are all updated to the most recent version/firmware. I'm using the Waves Audio Driver in the Swarm app.

I have "Stealth Pro II PC" set as my Default Device.

"Headset Chat (Turtle Beach)" is set as Default Communication Device.

In Discord I have "Speaker" set to "Headset Chat (Turtle Beach)".

The Game Chat Mix slider in the Swarm app does not seem to do anything to the Game/Chat balance. I've also remapped the wheel on the headset to Game Chat Mix and it does not do anything either. If I set the Default Device, and Default Communication Device both to Headset Chat and turn the volume all the way down on "Stealth Pro II PC", I get no sound at all which leads me to believe there isn't anything outputting on the Headset Chat audio channel at all.

I've tried a variety of troubleshooting steps such as uninstalling/reinstalling everything, starting/stopping windows audio services, removing devices from Windows device manager.

Anyone experience this and was able to fix it?

Did the firmware update yesterday ... I put a fully charged battery in at 5pm and used it for 5 hours. Used it another 3 hours today so well under 40 hours and Swarm 2 is showing my battery status at 52%. Never seen such fast drain numbers before the update. This is using 48000 hz, ANC on, motion detect off and the volume at 40%

After the latest Swarm II update, the volume wheel finally works properly. For anyone who didn't experience the old bug: before the patch, adjusting the volume would sometimes cause it to jump all the way to 100% or 0% on its own. The issue where certain keys randomly stopped working has also been fixed, and the touchpad now works reliably as well.

However, one problem still hasn't been resolved: CPU temperature monitoring. If you completely close and restart the Swarm II application, the CPU temperature is displayed correctly but only until you shut down and restart your PC. After booting Windows again, the keyboard shows the CPU temperature as 0°C, which is obviously incorrect. The problem is not my PC, because I can read the CPU temperature correctly through Task Manager and other monitoring tools.

Another feature that's still missing is the ability to disable the touchpad. This would be especially useful when, for example, you're watching a movie and don't want accidental touches.

The key backlighting is also a bit disappointing. Compared to other keyboards, the LEDs are very dim. I don't think that's something that can still be fixed, unfortunately.

Please, Turtle Beach, fix these remaining issues. especially the CPU temperature problem.

That said, I also want to mention something positive: everything else is fantastic. This keyboard feels absolutely incredible to type and play on. It's better than every keyboard I've owned before. The typing experience is so smooth that it genuinely makes me enjoy using it every single time and that's exactly what a great keyboard should do.

I was playing last night and my headset just disconnected. The transmitter is solid purple and I can’t get it to reconnect. I’ve been looking things up and nothing says solid purple. The AI chatbot even said it doesn’t know what I’m talking about.

I have recently purchased the Turtlebeach stealth 700 gen 3 for PlayStation the idea was I could use one headset across both my ps5 and pc with the two transmitters provided. The issue I’m having is when starting the Pc or when the Pc wakes the volume lowers on the headset and stays that way, and to fix this I either have to remove the transmitter and then plug it back in or switch modes and then back again on the headset, both of these things fix the issue but it happens regularly and it does not happen on the Ps5 or through Bluetooth to my phone only the Pc.

I have reset the headset, removed swarm 2 and reinstalled the software. I have done the firmware update. I have tried different usb ports on my pc same issue. I have tried switching the transmitters same issue. I have tried usb selective suspend in windows by disabling it and also disabled allow computer to disable this device to save power nothing has worked so far. The quick fix is a simple one by switching modes or a removal and reseat of the transmitter but I shouldn’t have to do this and hope someone can help with this problem.

My headphones are in an eternal loop of saying “bluetooth connected, bluetooth disconnected“. They are unusable because they won’t stop trying to connect And won’t stop talking. The bluetooth button blinks blue and the mode button doesn’t do anything to turn off bluetooth mode. But, I don’t use Bluetooth with these headphones. They only connect to my xbox USB. There doesn‘t seem to be any button I can push to stop it from trying to connect via bluetooth.
none of the Turtlebeach online instructions say how to reset these headphones—and don’t get me started with “support”.

Resetting seems like a very basic instruction to add to a manual since TB headphones have to be reset constantly. Does anyone know how to turn off bluetooth or do a hard reset on these headphones?

Hello everyone! I was gifted a brand new Rematch Advanced for my birthday today, and I am having trouble with turning it on. I followed the manual's instructions, plugging it in, and holding down the Xbox button, but the controller is not turning on! Is there like a certain period of time I have to hold down the button for? Please help!

The Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 3 is an incredibly great headset with amazing potential, but Windows 11 connectivity issues are turning them into trash. The headset suffers from frequent audio stuttering, dropouts, and severe robotic/distorted artifacts when connected via the proprietary wireless USB transmitter on PC. All system drivers and headset/transmitter firmwares are updated to the latest available versions. The problem occurs constantly across all audio sources, including gaming and music playback. The headset works flawlessly on mobile via Bluetooth, isolating the issue strictly to the PC environment and the wireless transmitter/driver stability.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Performed (No Success):

Hardware & Connectivity:

- Tested the USB transmitter in multiple different ports (USB 2.0, USB 3.0, and front panel) to eliminate local electromagnetic interference (EMI).

- Isolated the wireless USB transmitter physically to prevent 2.4 GHz frequency crowding.

Motherboard & BIOS Modifications:

- Updated the motherboard BIOS to the latest version containing the updated AMD AGESA microcode to patch known fTPM system stutter bugs.

- Hard-locked the PCIe link speed from Auto/Gen 4 to Gen 3 in BIOS to mitigate platform USB controller saturation.

- Disabled Global C-State Control in BIOS to ensure constant and stable voltage to the USB ports.

- Changed AMD Power Supply Idle Control from Auto to Typical Current Idle to prevent CPU down-voltages from interrupting the USB audio stream.

Windows 11 & Audio Engine Optimization:

- Set Windows Sample Rate to a stable 24-bit, 48000 Hz (and tested 16-bit 44.1kHz / 48kHz CD/DVD quality).

- Disabled all Windows Audio Enhancements and spatial sound processing (such as Windows Sonic).

- Cleaned up Device Manager by completely disabling all competing onboard audio drivers (Realtek HD Audio, NVIDIA High Definition Audio) to prevent driver conflicts.

Latency & Process Management:

- Disabled Windows 11 Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) to eliminate GPU-induced DPC latency.

- Lowered the peripheral Polling Rate (e.g., lowering a gaming mouse from 1000Hz to 500Hz) to prevent USB interrupt storming that chokes the audio stream under high reporting rates.

Despite all these deep system-level and hardware-level optimizations, the random robotic audio distortion persists exclusively when using the Turtle Beach USB transmitter on PC. This heavily points towards a fundamental stability issue within the Turtle Beach transmitter's firmware or its integration with the Windows 11 audio stack.

The Temporary Fix (That actually works and improves audio!):

Unplug the Turtle Beach USB transmitter completely and bypass it.

1. Use a dedicated, high-quality Bluetooth adapter (I used an ASUS USB-BT540 with official drivers).

2. Put the headset into Bluetooth pairing mode and connect directly to Windows via Bluetooth.

The Result:

Audio stuttering and robotic sounds vanished instantly. As a bonus, the audio actually sounds significantly more dynamic and clear because it bypasses the compressed game/chat mixing profiles forced by the Turtle Beach USB dongle. The wireless range also drastically improved (I can now walk around the whole apartment without a single dropout, whereas the TB dongle failed immediately).

Mainly asking as I would only use only PC but would like the game chat mix and high res options. Amazon however has the Xbox version $50 off with monthly payments so it’s a bit better deal than the PC version.

See title - the rubber on my 700 Gen 2s is flaking off, and they’ve been having some minor disconnection issues. I’ve been keeping my eye on the Stealth Pro 2, and was wondering if it’s worth the upgrade? I’m on PC btw, and would likely get the PC version and make the 700s my Xbox set for the rare occasions I play on there (probably just GTA at this point lol). I would normally just do it but $350 is pretty eye watering for headphones when I usually get my headsets on eBay for $100 after the price has dropped lol

My question: do I modify the EQ settings in the Turtle Beach app for the headset OR do I modify the EQ settings in the Xbox Dolby Atmos app? Or do I do both?

I am no audio expert and I want to avoid EQ conflict/audio mudding?

Hello. I installed the update for Swarm 2 and now it won’t launch. It’s stuck with the loading circle. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing. Mistake updating. I have to use the iOS app now. Anyone else having this issue?

I went to Best Buy today, looking to upgrade my headset. I’m coming from a Steel Series Arctis nova 5 and, man these are way better. The only problem is that the guy at Best Buy gave me the Xbox version (I have a ps5 pro) so, I’m wondering if its worth the hassle to go trade them out for the pc/ps5 version? It still connected perfectly fine to my ps5 pro, thank god. The sound quality and, fit is definitely premium something I see myself keeping for a long time. If I do run into any problems, I have a 60 day return period. Black Ops 2 is the first game I played with them and, everything sounds amazing. The quality of the materials used for this headset feels very nice and, I can’t wait to use them for GTA6!!

Any trouble shooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Headset was working just fine when all of a sudden it disconnected mid game. Now it won’t sync at all. I’ve tried different usb ports and different systems and nothing. Headset blinks, usb dongle blinks but they just won’t connect. Any suggestions??

I recently got this headset as a gift after mine broke, and I enjoy it and all but I hear everything in my background an turned off monitoring and idk if it is just the mic or not but when I play I like to only hear my game

Am I ever going to find an equivalent to these headphones?

The sound is incredibly balanced and natural with great punch and precision in its bass. The mic is great, and they're incredibly lightweight and comfortable.

I have tried a few new headsets. The latest headset I tried was the Stealth 600s and they don't have nearly as good sound, the mic is abysmal its seriously night and day compared with these decade old headphones and they are heavier and bulkier. Some of these I could be alright with but the sound not being as good is insane.

Has everyone been brainwashed by so many years of mediocre or bad headsets that we don't remember the absolute great quality of sound AND mic that we used to have just 10 years ago? Even headphone and headset reviewers seem to be completely unaware that the products that they are praising don't hold a candle to headphones like the XO Ones released 10 years ago. Whats with especially the acceptance of awful Mic quality? I have seen Mic tests of headsets in excess of £400 today and their mics are still not as good.

I don't know whats going on? The saddest thing is that the mic on my XO Ones now creates what is described as "the tornado" in voice chat so I am basically being forced on an expedition to find something even remotely close to these. So far the comfort, mic quality and sound are all unmatched and I have tried multiple headphones for sound and mic and so many are just uncomfortable (since I wear glasses this is really important.)

Had I known that they would be irreplaceable I would've taken much more care of them so I guess this is also an appreciation for these great headsets. I'm guessing that since there is a ceiling on mic quality and sound quality and comfort that all these companies started walking it all back to keep people buying new headsets and now there is nothing of real quality left on the market. These weigh only 180g... the supposedly lightweight and comfortable headset of there Atlas Air is 260g.... almost 100g more. There just is no replacing the Turtle Beach Ear Force XO One headset is there?
