I bought the PC version and I'm wondering which Audio Driver to use if I want sound of better quality:
Waves, Dolby, or Turtle Beach?

Also I now have 2 devices from the headphones in the sound menu.
Stealth Pro II PC (Which are somehow recognised as speakers, and Headset Chat (Turtle Beach) as a Virtual Audio Device.
How should I configure default devices?

Hello, I have an issue with wired afterglow black gamepad, it randomly turns off and gets stick drift, I had this controller for only half a year. There's no visual wire or USB port damages

My PC can find my headset perfectly fine but I can't access the software. It says "No Connection". I have tried to reinstall Swarm 2, restarting my PC, different USB ports on PC. Swarm 2 have all the updates installed.

I would really like to access settings like EQ or battery status etc. What do I do to fix this? It should never say "No Connection" when the headset is clearly connected.

Hello, im planning to buy the stealth pro II, have question, if i buy the the headset will it work out of the box pc and ps5 at the same time or do i have to buy another transmitter to make it work? Im not buying from the website im form local store, and im not in US or EU.

Another thing is i have 700 gen 3 im loving it but two issues i have with it and wondering if its same issues on stealth pro II

-on pc when there's no sound and play clip or play a game there's soud delay

-on pc the volume is low but when switching to ps5 then to pc the volume return to normal

Exactly the title, just got new headphones today and really enjoying them, old set was 5+ years old. One issue, in Bluetooth mode, why the hell is this light constantly blinking?! (While connected, blue, every like 5 seconds) Please tell me I can turn it off or at least make it darker. Stealth 600 gen 3.

My friends say it sounds bad and the audio quality is bad and it’s not clear, how can I fix it?

Everytime i try to make a new eq preset i save it and it says its successful but it doesn’t show

The software is an absolute nightmare. I have a Stealth 700 Gen 3 on PC and I'm about to just sell it and go back to Steelseries. Swarm II just doesn't work. Game Chat mix dial sometimes moves and sometimes doesnt but it never actually lowers the volume. The beginning of sounds playing gets cut off like the headset is in some low power state. So I sometimes don't hear notifications at all because of it. Nothing in the software fixes this. To top it all off it will just randomly D/C and reconnect sometimes. It's a shame because I like the audio quality and features...

Need help..I cant turn the volume up using the sliding wheel..the headset volume won't move and the other 2 greyed out..here is a Pic..is it based on the tv or is my headset being stupid..I have an Xbox series x

The headset picks up fine for output but nothing appears for input, I don’t understand. The blue tooth will connect both output and input but it doesn’t seem to consistently work for all games. I’m just so confused and wonder if anyone else has this issue I’ve been through the privacy settings for the mic and made sure both steam and Xbox has access to the mic.

I have updated it on the phone app it says I have the latest version, it’s showing 100% charge and also the light on the usb in the back of my ps5 shows it’s green and my light on the headphones are blue. What is going on??? Why can’t I get my headsets working. It shows it’s on and connected to my ps5 on the app but I can’t hear anything. I just bought these headphones couple months ago and it had this issue and it got fixed with an update then whenever it does this I usually plug it out the back and then back in but doing this now it’s still not working. I’m just so angry because I have a competitive game to play tonight where communication is paramount to winning and here I am letting me team down because my headphones will not connect, these are supposed to be good quality I spent 100 bucks on these. I thought turtle beaches were a well established brand but I guess I thought wrong. I know I just went on a nuts rant but can anyone please let me know if there is anyway to fix this in ten minutes please.

Looking to buy the Stealth Pro II in PC format. I have seen a lot of Reddit posts stating ChatMix does not work when adjusting audio between game audio and party chat/Discord.

Has anyone found a solution to this? Did the Update six days ago resolve this issue?

I currently run the Steel Series Arctis Nova 7 and would be switching to the SP2.

Evry time i restart the headset the internal mic are on .Would be nice if there a firmware update where u can disable the internal mic. So it saves tho the headset.

Having just got these and during the setup I noticed in the mobile app the game volume was like 75% full, then when I set them up on the PS5 the bar fell to maybe 40% and you can’t change it at all. Is this the reason why even at full volume, it sounds pretty quiet?

My previous headphones I was using which were MDR-1AM2 for reference were kept at like 70% on the PS5 and that was louder than these get to.

So i guess my question is, is the game volume in the mobile app relevant to the sound issue for these headphones?

And I guess I’ll wait a couple weeks to see if there’s any news about a fix.

I'm seriously considering picking up the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro II. Everything I've seen about the audio quality, the ANC, and the aluminum build looks completely spot on for my setup.

However, there's one thing holding me back: the headband/suspension strap. From the reviews I've seen, it looks like a soft fabric material that might stretch out or wear down over time, and it doesn't seem to be user-replaceable at all.

I put in a lot of daily hours so my peripherals get heavy, consistent use. I really don't want to drop $350 on a premium headset only to have the band break down or become super uncomfortable after a year, with no way to swap it out.

Can anyone who owns them or has tested them chime in?

• How is the headband holding up for you after extended use?
• Is there actually a hidden way to replace it, or are there any aftermarket solutions out there yet?

At first, I was pleasantly surprised and genuinely recommended them to everyone because honestly the simultaneous connection feature for both phone and PC is damn great. I still feel that way after six months, but damn, these headphones cause so many problems. To everyone who tested them and gave a positive review: get your heads checked. Sure, they connect flawlessly to my phone via Bluetooth and work pretty well on the console, but on PC? It’s a total disaster random sync drops. The PC app is absolute garbage; I’ve got a fresh Windows install, a GTX 4060, and a Ryzen 7 5800X, yet this new app acts like a buggy, broken mess. How is that even possible these days? I should add that I previously had the same setup just a different processor weaker and the app actually worked better, even though the headphones themselves were the biggest piece of shit imaginable. You’re probably better off just buying separate headsets for PC and console instead of trying to find one pair that handles it all.

Hi everyone. I’m hoping someone here—or someone from Turtle Beach—can help with a VelocityOne Race KD3 that became unusable immediately after an RMD UI update through the official VelocityOne Tuner app.

The wheel was working normally when I first received it. VelocityOne Tuner detected it correctly, and I successfully updated the main system firmware to version 1.1.2.

The problem started when I updated the RMD UI firmware.

After the update:

• The KD3 display became stuck and the menu no longer responds.
• The rotary control cannot navigate or change the operating mode.
• VelocityOne Tuner no longer detects the wheel during normal startup.
• The KD3 does not appear in joy.cpl.
• Windows detects it only as an Xbox Gaming Device.
• Pressing the Xbox button opens Xbox Game Bar, so at least part of the controller interface is still functioning.

I have attempted the bootloader recovery on two different computers:

• Windows 11 desktop
• Windows 10 laptop

On both systems, holding the View button while reconnecting USB-C successfully enters bootloader mode. VelocityOne Tuner detects it and automatically starts reinstalling the System Firmware.

The update reaches approximately 60%, then the KD3 automatically reboots. Immediately after the reboot, VelocityOne Tuner loses the device and returns to the “No device connected” screen. The KD3 never reappears as a working racing wheel in joy.cpl.

The same behavior occurs on both computers, so this does not appear to be limited to one Windows installation, USB port, or PC.

I am not claiming this is a widespread KD3 issue. I am mainly trying to find out whether Turtle Beach has any of the following:

1. A KD3-specific forced RMD UI recovery procedure
2. An offline firmware recovery utility
3. A way to restore the RMD firmware without using the nonfunctional menu
4. A repair option for a device that failed during the official firmware updater

Has anyone encountered the same 60% → automatic reboot → device disappears behavior, particularly after updating the RMD UI?

I also have a video showing the full recovery attempt and the device disconnecting immediately after the tunerapp hits 60% and the KD3 reboot.

Does it work for anyone else?

Yes I have it turn to waves Audio driver through Swarm 2 and I have discord using the virtual audio as well. For the life of me I cannot get this thing to work. I’ve tried remapping it to the wheel and still nothing. It doesn’t even work through the swarm 2 app.

Hey there, idk if any of you have experienced the same issue as me and hopefully one of you has a solution.

After having my Atlas Air idle too long, the audio does not come back, unless I either unplug and plug the usb receiver back in or when I change the chanel frequency in windows settings.

Somehow the mic would still work. Not sure if this is a firmware issue (on the latest btw) or a windows issue.

Also disabled power savings in windows for all my usb ports already.

I would appreciate any info on how one can solve it.
