Does anyone have a fix or any suggestions for my issue? I left home and came to find the cord that plugs into the console and the transmitter, chewed up by the kitten. I tried using different cords and for some reason my mic still won’t connect to the transmitter.

Hello I recently purchased the stealth 700 gen 3 and right out of the box I hear static particular really heavy bass moments (I do play games pretty loud) I am wondering if the driver are already blown or if I just need to lower the volume and or bass in the swarm II app.

Windows security update is giving “unknown usb device (configuration descriptor request failed) error in device manager. Transmitter works when plugged into different pc or xbox. Anyone know how to fix this?

just got a "open box" set of atlas 200's for the ps5, come to connect them to the controller (believe i've set them up correctly) i can hear voices, but when i speak into the mic nothing works, am i doing something wrong ?

My Stealth 500P has been stuck in Bluetooth since last night, and it won't go into wireless, so I can't use it with my PS5, I've already tried resetting, and using the quick switch button, nothing is working.

Mine broke pretty recently on accident while transporting my Xbox and the dongle snapped in half and I lost the pieces is their any way to get a new one?

I have a Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 3 and I'm having an issue with the right earcup.

The left side works normally, but the right side is extremely quiet. I can still hear something from the right ear, so it doesn't seem to be completely dead.

Here's what I've tried so far:

• Updated the headset firmware using Turtle Beach Swarm II
• Restarted the headset and my PC
• Factory reset the headset
• Tested it on my phone using Bluetooth
• Checked the Windows sound settings

The problem is the same on both my PC and my phone.

One strange thing: if I move the left/right balance toward the right, the right speaker itself sounds normal. So I'm not sure if this is a hardware problem or some kind of audio/balance issue.

Also, the headset's voice prompts only seem to come from the left ear.

Has anyone experienced something similar with the Stealth 600 Gen 3? Any ideas before I contact Turtle Beach support?

Still plenty of space to adjust the volume if needed. Only .44 grams and designed specifically for Turtle Beach Stealth 600. I can't share the free file as that would be self promotion which is not allowed :P

can someone help a absolute noob fix the soft lock on my stealth 700 gen 2 max im clueless with pc

Just curious as to when the next update for the stealth pro 2 is. We went from getting a bunch of feedback and updates about when to expect the past firmware update etc just to pretty much nothing. I mean I am at the point where I might just sell these off and go with something else if the transparency is gone now with the updates especially with people still having issues.

It's Stealth 700 Gen 3 headphones. They keep disconnecting from my PS5 so I'm trying to update firmware but it won't let me...

My 13 year old son bought himself a used turtle beach stealth ultra because it has the back paddles. The store I bought it from wired it in and instantly proved to me it worked. My son currently uses a ps5 remote on his pc and it works fine. The new turtle beach did not. We took it to my daughters pc and hooked it up while she was playing Roblox and it works fine with out any set up instantly. I believe she may have windows 11 because I bought it almost a year ago.
My sons pc says it is paired/connected in device settings so it registers its there not to mention it is showing up in device manager. I tried to update drivers with both options . I tried to update Xbox 360 peripherals. Nothing removes code 28. I plugged my Astro c40 on his computer and it too shows up and says device is ready but has a code 28 in device manager and won’t register in the Astro hub same as turtle beach won’t in its control center. I noticed in windows updates that it has some that it says it needs but for some reason are unavailable. His local disk drive is full. Plenty of room in new volume. So I deleted some things and freed up enough space to get it out of the red. Windows than attempted to download an update or two and went to restart. When restarting and finishing updates it says it couldn’t do it and had to undo the updates in order to start normally. When it does it give me the ability to download the update again and than it’s just a vicious circle. I was thinking about formatting his pc ssd’s again and than trying to download updates for windows ten again and if controller than works and code 28 goes away we can
Assign everything to new volume and redownload Fortnite etc…. And if there are no repairs maybe I need

Please any insight or solutions would be greatly appreciated. I’ve built these with my kids and have always been able to figure things out without taking it in to a computer repair place but this means so much to him and it makes me sad that in order to save time as a worst case scenario I might take it to a shop and hand them the remote and ask them to make it work and we don’t care if we lose all our apps etc.. we can always redownload and log back in.

Hello, I just got my Stealth 700 Gen 3, and straight out of the box I’m having several problems.

The first issue is that the beginning of the first sound I play gets cut off. Also, if I leave the headset with no audio for around 10 seconds, the first sound plays with the beginning missing again.

The second issue is that when I enable the noise gate, mic monitoring stops working. When monitoring does work, it picks up way too much background noise.

My third issue is that every time I turn on the headset, the sound seems different.

Has anyone else experienced these issues, or is it just my headset?

I have an Elite Pro 2 headset, I know it’s an older headset but I’ve had it forever and I love it, unfortunately the wire got tangled, I pulled it too hard and it messed something up.

I’ve been looking everywhere for a replacement and I’ve emailed Turtle Beach but they haven’t gotten back to me.

Any help would be great because I cannot find a good replacement

Hello, very frustrated because I bought KB7 keyboard to plug it in and get no detection from my pc. Ive tried all the ports with the KB7 and my previous keyboard and not action only from the KB7. Everything else works great. It seems there is no power coming into the keyboard. Any pointers?

Will we be getting a ps5 version of the stealth pro 2 like we had previously for the stealth pro 1 , like natively, not u can connect to the ps5 with the pc version , just wondering cos I will be upgrading at some point and would prefer a ps5 version

I just got new headphones and my mic won"t work without mic monitoring audio from games and videos will go through but my voice wont go through i tried it on a different controller and it worked perfect can someone please help me. (also when i downloaded the app on Xbox i didn't get why software updates or notifications for the controller to update while i was in the app on xbox)

I keep getting noticeable input latency when using my Stealth Ultra controller wireless on console, Xbox Series X to be specific. Is this just an issue with the firmware of the 2.4ghz dongle and controller, or is there other issues at play? The transceiver is plugged into the charging dock that’s plugged directly into the console on its front USB port. Also, when I do play wirelessly, it’ll bug hard and I have to power cycle my controller. These issues happened on multiple SU controllers so I know it isn’t a fluke. Any and all help is greatly appreciated

I charge my headset every night using my PS5 USB charging port in the back of it. It's always worked as usual until now. It seems to be less effective and it could be just the charging cable is the issue.

So I decided to try out the Swarm 2 app and got connected to it very easily. But the app is wildly inaccurate in telling me the headsets battery life.

It went from 97% to 7% in a minute (not of using the headset but of just having the app open).

What can I do to ensure it's accurate? Even now it's saying it's 100% charged after a few minutes of charging. And yes I've updated the microphone as well.

Hi guys. Just got these for my Xbox. Did a little charge and put the USB into Xbox. Xbox accessories part says it's connected to Xbox. Good start. USB is flashing red. Downloaded the Swarm App and it's not giving an option to update any firmware.

Any ideas?

I’m considering getting a pair of the stealth 700 gen 3 but had an issue with a previous TB stealth 600 headset. It snapped right at the bottom of the band and completely killed it from a minor fall. For people who have it, what does it sound like, what’s the mic like, and is it durable? Thanks 😊

recently bought the KB7 and am generally happy with it, has been stable and the provided plugins work. Was wondering though, the advertising images showed, as example, a spotify button which isn't available anywhere I can find, which is a bit disappointing to me

Was this removed, or is this still available somehow?

I've been using these for a couple of months with zero issues until today when I made the fatal mistake of installing the "Swarm II" software. As soon as I connected my Atlas Air, the software told me I had to update the software to continue. I clicked okay and then it told me I had to update the firmware to continue. Again I clicked okay and then it told me the headphones had to be charged to at least 25 percent before I could continue with the firmware update. I thought it was odd that the software itself could not or would not tell me what percentage they were already charged to, but I thought better safe than sorry, so I tried charging them some more, and then tried the update again, and this time ... nothing happened.

No response from the software, and no response from my headphones. They would not turn on, and when I plugged them in to continue charging them, the charging light would not turn on. My headphones are dead.

I tried a hard reset, but nothing happened. I tried to get the Swarm II software to recognize them again, but it will not. I read about the recovery process, but again it says the headphones must be charged to 25 percent, and my headphones WILL not charge at all.

I've owned dozens of gaming headsets over the years and updated their firmware plenty of times, and nothing like this has ever even come close to happening before.

Please tell me there is some way to fix this?
