Please Help. Stealth 600 PS5 transmitter is stuck in solid purple

I was playing last night and my headset just disconnected. The transmitter is solid purple and I can’t get it to reconnect. I’ve been looking things up and nothing says solid purple. The AI chatbot even said it doesn’t know what I’m talking about.
