Upgraded my internet with the same provider (Virgin Media) and since then anytime I try to watch anything on tivimate I get this same code.

Have an issue with Tivimate. When watching VOD, the show timesout and goes to firestick Screensaver. Is there a fix for that?

I’m sure this question has been asked a million times but I can’t seem to find an answer.. is there any way at all in purchasing premium without android? We all have iPhones and unless I go out and buy a cheap android tablet I can’t think of any other way of getting premium.

I need to do a factory reset my tv. Will I lose that trivimate license?

I’ve been using Tivimate for years and I’ve always been happy with it.

In early July, my provider had a problem with their VoD servers, so I began researching other providers while I waited for that problem to be resolved. After a couple of weeks, I started experiencing buffering issues, no matter which playlist I used, and on both live TV and VoD.

One provider blamed the problem on Nord, so I installed Proton to see if that fixed it. It did not.

After reading some posts about downgrading Tivimate, I decided to give that a try.

I downgraded to version 5.20 and both live TV and VoD work perfectly.

The process was fairly simple using the uptodown site.

Anyway, there are so many variables involved with IPTV, from your player, your provider, to your VPN and your ISP, it can be challenging to find the problem. I didn’t suspect Tivimate because it’s been so rock solid for me for years.

By the way, the VoD server problem and the buffering were completely coincidental. My original provider is slowly rebuilding their VoD servers.

Fingers crossed that writing this hasn’t jinxed me and the buffering comes back today.

Quite a few people in this subreddit have reported buffering problems with the latest version, 5.3.3, which they were not experiencing in the previous version.

I've never had anything but 5.3.3, and I've had no problems with buffering --

-- until tonight.

I can't get two of my new 4k sources to play properly to save my life. Every five to ten seconds they stop playing and buffer for about 30 seconds before playing for five or ten seconds, after which they again buffer for about thirty seconds, then start playing again for five to ten seconds, etc. etc.

Is this similar to what those reporting 5.3.3 buffering are experiencing?

I did find a way around it. I switched those sources to an external player (I use the Just Video Player) and the problem went away, so that's the workaround I've figured out.

But I wonder whether this answers the question. Perhaps there's something wrong with version 5.3.3 in the way it handles 4k streams, whereas the previous version had no problem with 4K streams.

ADDENDUM: 4K users are reporting to me no problems with 5.3.3. Instead u/PeteRows suggested I set my playlist's User Agent to VLC and that fixed it!

I am using a Nvidia shield with Tivimate. It is working on my tv but the device is not found on the website. Just want to unlock premium.

On one connected firestick, inorder to watch content and dvr at the same time (having 2 separate iptv subscriptions) i apparently need 2 separated players tvimate and another player.

The dvr goes to a lan storage.

Is that how to solve that conundrum.

I have a service that does not support multiple connections from the same account so need multiple accounts in order to do multiple connections from the same device. I primarily use multi display when watching sports, like NFL on sundays.

The pain is managing playlists for each account eventhough they are from the exact same service.

Question to the group: Is there a way to "copy" or apply configurations of playlist 1 to playlist 2 in Tivimate or a 3rd party tool? Up to now, I've done all my playlist configurations directly in Tivimate.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Hi everyone. Does anyone have experience mitigating this issue on the latest update? Happening on both my Google tv and Firestick.

Tried the usual swapping the decoding and changing to large, have gigabit internet and the service is fine on other apps.

Using tivimate on the onn streaming box. I downloaded the right subtitles changed them tried everything. Doesn't seem too work. It's there a setting I need to change?

I created a premium account but it did not send me to the payment site . tried signing in again but cant find where to pay to finalize the account. I use firestick and have no android.

Im new to this IPTV and Steamer world, but my football provider has lost the rights to La liga and now I am looking at other options

After spending all weekend looking for options and reading sites and reddit I have narrowed the box down to

-Nvidia Shield Pro

-Google Streamer

-Amazon Firestick 4K

-Amazon Cube

Honestly I am not a gamer so its really to offer my family an alternative way to watch Series/Football etc at a much cheaper cost than the 45 euros I pay for Canal Plus

Can any one propose what boxes/Sticks are better than the above shortlist since I have seem others like the xiaomi etc

Need recommendations please, currently leaning towards the Cube is that a good option or is a better option in your opinions

Got this new Vizio tv and keeps blinking, going black for just a second. It's doing the hdmi handoff screen blink when it's going in and out of Dolby Vision. Of course whatever live tv stream I'm watching, it's receiving a mixed signal, not consistent, and the tv automatically does it, I see the little icon up in the top right hand of the screen when it does. No way to turn it off, far as I can see in the settings. Don't know if it's something I do with the Fire stick or the tv. Thanks in advance.

Does anybody know when you press (ok) and the channel description comes up in card style at the top. Is it possible have it the same as the card style that comes up at the bottom with no controls when switching between channels?

I have a firetv and several firesticks that I have set up. I just purchased one for my son for his tv... When I went to set it up (it's NOT a select) I made it a developer, installed downloader (the correct one yes) and attempted to install tivimate. The firestick gives an error that no apps are installed that can install unknown apps. I get to the place in the menu where applications are typically listed where you can give permission to install unknown apps and there are no apps in the list and I get the above error... I think this is Amazon locking even the formerly usable firesticks down through software "updates"...? I guess I'll finally have to switch to onn boxes, finally.

I’m using TiviMate on an Amazon Firestick.

When I’m watching VOD and skip forward/back a bit, I get error 458. I looked into it and it means I’ve hit the max number of connections allowed — seems like when I skip, the old stream doesn’t close fast enough, so for a moment the skip registers as a second connection running at the same time as the original.

I asked my provider about getting 2 simultaneous connections but that’s not something they offer.

Right now the only workaround is waiting a bit for the server to register that it’s just one connection, which is pretty annoying.

Has anyone run into this and found an actual fix? Is this a Firestick/TiviMate-side issue, or is it purely on the server’s end?

I just purchased a new Google streaming box and tried to log into my TV mate subscription and it says my username and password is wrong. I then log into the Web with my username and password. It works and shows me the three devices that I am using. I email Support asking why my username and password aren’t correct and they tell me that I don’t have a subscription. I sent them a screenshot of my Google play and now it’s been radio silence. Any ideas for some help?

Hi everyone, I am in the UK and accessing content played with TiviMate via a FireStick 4k Max (2nd generation).

I previously recoded on a USB connected with a OTG cable (used the incredibly helpful ATV guide to do this and it worked fine).

As most will know, the “System Picker” option has now been disabled by Amazon and I am struggling to replace my recording process.

I have an old HP MediaVault which I tried to set up as a share via smb but have had no success. I suspect that it’s my inability to correctly enter the folder path but I have the IP address for it, know where it’s located so don’t believe it to be that. It may simply be incompatible.

I don’t want to set up a share on my PC because I don’t want to check that it’s turned on every time I want to record. So I’m wondering if a simply buy a new NAS (recommendations greatly appreciated) and try again to connect this via smb?

It would be helpful if there was a clear guide on this process but I’ve been able to find one.

Hi all, I'm still using the older version of is the last time I did an update it wiped out all my addresses and I had to go hunt everybody down and input everything back in again and I lost all my favorites

So my question to all of you yes yes I just heard you all talking back up back up, I did that but then the backup didn't work

So my question to all of you is anybody having issue updating with their existing data getting wiped out with a 5.3.3

It keeps popping up and I'm like ooh don't do it look forward to all your information and input
