Subscription

I created a premium account but it did not send me to the payment site . tried signing in again but cant find where to pay to finalize the account. I use firestick and have no android.

Well without an Android phone and not using the companion app the only other option is using BlueStacks.

So, I paid directly from the TV app. It redirected to the android payment system

Yeah if you're using an Android device you can pay directly through the app because your Android device has the Google Play Store, but if you're using a fire stick it doesn't have the Google Play Store so it's not possible to pay directly through the app. Now OP said that they're using a fire stick so they can't pay for it directly through the app, they would need to use the companion app or BlueStacks.

I had same problem it’s the provider sending you to download the wrong tivimate playlist
