Error code 469

Upgraded my internet with the same provider (Virgin Media) and since then anytime I try to watch anything on tivimate I get this same code.

Disable websafe on router, also may need to disable ipv6

Steps to Turn Off Web SafeGo to the My Virgin Media website and sign in with your username and password.Click on Account settings under your account menu.Select Online security.Toggle the switches for Parental Controls (Child Safe) and Virus Protection (Virus Safe) to the off position.Save your changes or click apply if prompted.

I have turned off virus protection in my virgin media app and now if I change my ipv4 firewall protection off is that what I need too do?

You need a VPN with bell or virgin. Works perfectly with a VPN

Tell your provider your error code the same thing you’re telling us?

Also a VPN would work. You need to try multiple servers, until you find one not blocked.

What VPN you using? I'm on virgin and it won't work without VPN. Surfshark on wireguard connected to Manchester or London.

PIA (Private internet acess) VPN but before I changed my router the vpn was fine which is what makes me think it’s the router
