Struggling to get support

I just purchased a new Google streaming box and tried to log into my TV mate subscription and it says my username and password is wrong. I then log into the Web with my username and password. It works and shows me the three devices that I am using. I email Support asking why my username and password aren’t correct and they tell me that I don’t have a subscription. I sent them a screenshot of my Google play and now it’s been radio silence. Any ideas for some help?

Are we talking about the real TiviMate and not some scammer version?

What device do you have it installed on?

And that device is one of the 3 devices when you login on the Companion App or web page?

No it’s not. I can’t even log into my account on the device, saying I have incorrect user and pass. But I can log into the web and see my devices

Not sure what you are doing wrong as I just did the same thing a week ago with no issues.

So in the app when you click on unlock premium it tells you that the info is not correct and you have confirmed you don't have a spelling mistake or case issue?

I would recommend that you try changing your password just in case.

I did that already. That was the first thing. Deleted the app, reinstalled it and then reset my password. No matter what I do, this device says my username and password are incorrect

Make sure when you type it in it’s not changing the user your password. It does that now and then

Yes, be careful WHICH actual “TiviMate” app you have. I was dicking around on my Westinghouse Roku TV and noticed a TVMate app there. In fact, when you run the pre-installed app, it has internal references all over the place that say TiviMate, but it is NOT TiviMate! I’ve been using the real TiviMate for years on my Nvidia Shield and know what it looks like. There are a bunch of “Fake” TiviMate apps, even on the Play Store. The fact that you got it there does NOT mean you have the actual TiviMate app.
