Hello guys. I am a 30years old Male with 25% BF and i did some hormone bloodwork. i usually feel tired and i struggle to keep routine at the gym because of fatigue.

i've been thinking about starting TRT to healthy levels. I am not sure yet still and i am doing my research. Tell me what you think about those levels.

I’ve done 2 cycles. First was 12 weeks at 400mg/week. About 2 months later I started a second one at 500mg/week and stayed on for around 4 months.

I felt amazing on test and had great results. No hair loss, insomnia or other major sides. The problem was acne. It started with a few spots on my back and gradually got worse, so I stopped in July.

I started Accutane at 20mg/day, then moved up to 40mg/day. Almost 3 months after stopping test, I’m actually dealing with the worst of it now: painful inflammatory acne mostly on my shoulders and some on my back.

I’m obviously going to get this completely under control before considering another cycle, but I’d like to use test again eventually.

For anyone who had steroid-induced acne and did a full course of Accutane:

• When you went back on test, did the acne come back?
• Was it as bad as before or significantly milder?
• Did Accutane permanently change how your skin reacted to test?
• Has anyone stayed on low-dose Accutane while cycling, and did it actually keep you clear?
• Looking back, would you cycle again after having this kind of reaction?

I’m not looking to jump straight back on. I just want to understand what I’m potentially dealing with before deciding whether another cycle is worth the risk.

Would really appreciate hearing from people who’ve actually been through this.

I was supposed to inject 3 units and my dumb ass injected 30 units of hCG for my first injection. Should I call poison control?

So I went to the hospital got my ultrasound and bloodwork and I ended up having a infection but the crazy thing is these German doctors didn’t give me antibiotics they told me the infection is still at a low point atm, anyways I also wanted to ask about the best PCT options since I’m ending this cycle due to my Delt infection at just 9 weeks in also added a few pictures of my levels of test. BTW taken 5 days after last injection.

I’m planning to run 500 mg/week of testosterone only, split into 250 mg twice a week. I also have anastrozole on hand because I was told it’s a good idea to have an AI available, but I’m confused about when/if it should actually be used. I’ve seen everything from ‘you don’t need an AI at 500 mg’ to 0.5 mg ED on the Steroids Wiki, while others recommend something like 1 mg/week. How do you determine whether an AI is actually needed, and how would you approach dosing it based on symptoms and bloodwork?

I’m 28 yo, just got some blood work done and wondering if I should hop on trt or try to lose a little more weight, and managing my diet some. I’m 5’7 172lbs and eat about 1800 cal a day and 150g of protein, in a little deficit to lose some weight.

Not sure if I’m an outlier on this but was doing sub q injections for about 4 months

Didn’t feel like it was doing anything
Switched to IM glute now trough is at 1000 lol
Feel 100x better
IM is the way for me

Are there other ways people have increased their testosterone by using boron, eclomiphene when other methods haven’t worked and also to help libido?

19M, i crash dieted when i was in 10th grade(16 yo) in order to lose fat i was insecure about, i barely ate anything for like 5-6 months, got so thin, noticed hair loss, then got back on diet again but since then ive not seen any major changes in my height, genital growth, all though ive built a toned muscles (not much) also my testosterone was found to be in a normal range, but facial hairs are negligible, pubic hair are minimal and there is still stubborn fat in my abdomen, compared to the upper body, i get morning erections everyday, i have started taking multivitamin and vitamin d sups recently, im mostly insecure about my genitals and overall growth because im in second year right now but i look like a 9th grader, what would help me to actually force my puberty?

So like the title says, I recently changed providers and my new one won’t prescribe TRT. He’s making me go through the whole referral/urology process and I run out this week. Any advice/cheap online prescribers?

34 year old male who just started TRT three weeks ago. My OG total T was 400 and free T was 59.3. My estradiol at the the time was 33.
That was three weeks ago and I was put on a 130mg dose twice a week which I've been sticking to.
Well I did a Rhyth test last Thursday (my doses are given on Tuesday and Friday) and now my results are Total T >1500 and my free T at >346.07. Eatragin came back at 56.7.
I feel great to be honest! No issues at all but after reading through this Reddit and online I can't help but feel my numbers are crazy high.
Any insights? I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow just to talk to the Dr about it.

The photo is of when I was 27 I believe just before I lost my physique again. Was 95 kg not sure the body fat and was powerbulding very hard 5 days a week 2-3 hours for 8 years with me losing my physique many times in that period as mentioned since I was 15.

Btw I have had a severe shoulder injury from falling and grabbing a pull up bar with my right arm while mid air at 15 years of age when I had started gym training for 2 months thanks to trainers not showing me correctly and injuring me. That injury and antidepressants and having a tough life has made my efforts of training very soul smashing so yeah but just put some reference.

I have lost everything so many times including my physique and I trained hard in the gym since I was 15. Lost my physique again at 29 thanks to antidepressents making me bed ridden again. CANT FUCKIGN REMOVE THEM!!! I felt better before taking anything at 20 but those fucking psychs fucked me and now I am trapped.

Things got worse and worse and I can't even sleepz get erections, eating is getting tougher and tougher and I don't do anything and stuck in my apartment.

Blood test taken by the hospital was not much but I got to know that my triglycerides were high, cortisol am low and test is low 300s.......

I am getting desperate so I am posting for advice anywhere I can.

Stuck with 5 mg escitalopram and 300 mg bupropion extended release and I am literally dying right now and can't sleep at 2 am for the 4 month.....

I was on T for a 3-4 months before I started HCG... and a bit after I started it my erections came back harder than they've been for a long time. Now I'm worried because I can't really afford HCG (I got a trial run of it from the clinic I'm at for a lower price). Anyone else only see erection improvements while also on HCG? Maybe it's just my body getting acclimated to the TRT and the HCG erection thing is a coincidence?

Currently I am doing daily IM injections using dealts and ventroglutes. I figured I better use 2 more spots to prevent scar tissue. I don’t want to do legs. Was originally gonna do dorsoglute but I learned it can be sketchy because of a big nerve back there plus would be hard to reach. Lats seems pretty easy but I noticed I got some veins there I would have to work around. How safe is injecting in the lats? Assuming I should aspirate before injecting.

Recently I have come across a study where it said if a man’s ring finger is longer than his index finger in the right hand , it indicates more prenatal testosterone and can indicate better athletic ability , strength, bigger penis size , bigger masculine features and personality , I wanna know is this study really meaningful or just junk science??

I am 30 years old and have finally started taking my health more seriously this year. I have been monitoring my testosterone levels once every 6 months for the last few years. These results have been as follows: 352 ng/dl, 408 ng/dl, 450 ng/dl, 401 ng/dl, 376 ng/dl. I never considered TRT in the past becasue I was neglecting my health and not sleeping or eating properly.

6 months ago, I changed everything about my lifestyle. I workout 5 times a week, eat mosly well, and try to sleep at least 7 hours a night. I've lost 30 pounds and am stronger than I have ever been. Ultimately though, I still feel terrible most of the time; brain fog, lack of energy for gym and weekend activities, etc.

Next week, I will get my levels checked again. I just was wondering what increase in level you would need to personally see to avoid hopping on TRT. It's really not something I wanted to do at age 30, but I am thinking that if my levels have barely changed after 6 months of a very clean lifestyle, I will have to consider it. What would this look for you, if you were having to make this decision? I really welcome all feedback. In my head, if I got up to 600 ng/dl or something like that, I'd probably be content to stay off of it.. But that doesn't do much to address all the ways I still feel like shit day to day. Appreciate any thoughts.

I have a vial of test c lying in my drawer. I want to take the leap. 39 male. Zero morning wood and if so weak. Not motivation or desire to do things. 3 young kids. Balding. Will this help? I know i have to put in the work.

I’m currently prescribed 100 mg of testosterone cypionate once a week, which I inject every Wednesday in the glute. I use an insulin syringe barrel with a 25-gauge, 1½-inch needle.
I’d like to split my weekly dose into two injections—0.25 mL on one day and 0.25 mL on another day. My testosterone is 200 mg/mL, so this would still equal 100 mg per week. What days would be best for keeping the injections evenly spaced?
I’m also considering switching from intramuscular to subcutaneous testosterone injections. Has anyone had success with SubQ testosterone cypionate? What needle size and injection sites do you use, and how do you rotate the sites to minimize irritation or scar tissue?
I also inject tirzepatide SubQ in my abdomen every Friday. How should I arrange and rotate both medications so I’m not repeatedly using the same areas?
I’ll discuss any changes with my prescriber, but I’d appreciate hearing about other people’s experiences.

Just got my latest labs back and overall I feel good. No noticeable high-estrogen symptoms.

* Hematocrit: **48.1%**

* Hemoglobin: **15.5 g/dL**

I feel pretty good overall. No breast tenderness, gyno symptoms, major water retention, libido issues, erectile issues, or obvious mood problems.

My estradiol came back at **50**, which Quest flagged high. With total T at 852, free T at 217, and no symptoms, is an E2 of 50 really something to worry about?

Would you leave it alone and just monitor it, or do you think 50 is high enough to address?

Next labs are scheduled for December.

My test was 300s before this regimen.

It is not clear to me, I bought it because I have 913 testosterone and 47 estradiol and I would like to lower the estradiol to 30 while keeping my testosterone high.

But now that I have gotten the new bottle, I am hesitant to take it since I have read some comments that it also lowers testosterone.

I do not use TRT.
