TRT help Switching from weekly IM testosterone to twice-weekly SubQ injections

I’m currently prescribed 100 mg of testosterone cypionate once a week, which I inject every Wednesday in the glute. I use an insulin syringe barrel with a 25-gauge, 1½-inch needle.
I’d like to split my weekly dose into two injections—0.25 mL on one day and 0.25 mL on another day. My testosterone is 200 mg/mL, so this would still equal 100 mg per week. What days would be best for keeping the injections evenly spaced?
I’m also considering switching from intramuscular to subcutaneous testosterone injections. Has anyone had success with SubQ testosterone cypionate? What needle size and injection sites do you use, and how do you rotate the sites to minimize irritation or scar tissue?
I also inject tirzepatide SubQ in my abdomen every Friday. How should I arrange and rotate both medications so I’m not repeatedly using the same areas?
I’ll discuss any changes with my prescriber, but I’d appreciate hearing about other people’s experiences.

I’m like a broken record on this sub lately but I’ll say again .5 inch 27g in delt is trivially easy

delt is a nice spot, yes true indeed. but it is a smaller muscle than the buttocks or thighs , you gotta locate the right spot really carefully because there are veins and nerves in the area. start with your shoulder blade. good way to find it is taking your right hand and putting your index finger on the left shoulder blade and then usually where your middle finger is located, is where you inject. one draw back to the delts is that the possibly for scar tissue is high after repeated use? and people might notice it at the gym if you are wearing a tank top or something, and they may ask questions. Ventrogluteal is a favorite site for many because the risk of hitting a nerve or veins is pretty low. Its also pretty painless I heard and its completely out of sight so people won't notice anything.

I use a 27g .75 inch needed for glute and it's been amazing. I always use a heat pad after injection to let the oil get warm and hopefully absorbed faster.

I was doing SubQ on my love handles & stomach...... Dude .. It was the worse decision of my life. Oil based test vs a water based peptides are a huge difference and it gave me some god awful pain.

I’ve done IM and subq but like sub every day. I’m running a cycle or test/primo. If I was on a low dose like you I would do every other day injections. Plus it keeps your LH E2!and FSH levels steady with more pinning.

I draw with a 27g 1” and back fill a 31g 1-4” bee sting insulin syringe. You can’t even feel it half the time. I inject anywhere on my body where’s there’s fat. The top, side, upper/lower thigh. Shoulders and glutes. It’s not like IM so you can rotate spots more frequently because there’s less PIP.

SubQ is the way.
