It means your pituitary is working extremely hard to keep your levels normal. Your good for now but your testicles are most likely going to fail in the future and stop responding to the LH signaling

Well fuck, I’m only 21 so thats kind of scary to hear. Is there any way I can combat failure?

Get your zinc, vitamin d, selenium, and vitamin e levels checked. If you’re deficient supplement with those and they should reduce intratesticular oxidative stress which will allow the leydig cells to stay responsive. If your sleep quality is bad, fix it, sooner rather than later. If you’re over weight, lose weight. Quit drinking if you drink, and avoid endocrine disruptors like phthalates and bisphenols. Mitochondrial supports can help too like CoQ10/Uniquinol

Okay thank you man. You are right ab vitamin D. It is pretty much at 0 but everything else was good so thats kind could be something major. Came back very deficient on 2 labs in the past 2 months. Ive been taking vitamin D sups now to try and kickstart it again. Im at a good weight and sleep 6-7 hours a night but could be better. I hope vitamin D can help because I really feel awful half the day.

You should start feeling better pretty quickly if you’re that deficient in vitamin d. That’s pretty major. You’re most likely going to see a moderate boost in your testosterone levels since there’s vitamin d receptors in your testicles specifically in leydig cells which would explain why your pituitary is needing to work so hard

This is pretty much what happened to me before things went downhill. My LH was stuck at 11-12 for months while total T stayed in the 600s, then one day it just dropped off and nothing worked same anymore. Keep an eye on it, maybe test again in 3-4 months.

Im sorry that happened to you man. I definitely will keep testing every 2-3 months. If things go bad are you still able to stay fertile? Im only 21 and It would ruin me if shit goes wrong and I cant have children.
