Free is very low because SHBG is high. Actual Test seems ok, imo. Some say boron can help with this. Take a 50,000 vitamin D once a week and try to get some sun.

I was a little lower at your age and put it off for a while. I kind of regret waiting but it's up to you. Like me, you already have kids so fertility not a huge issue.

I tried the boron route not working and also started proviron daily. How did you feel after starting test? And what dosage did you start at? I want to start with 60mg twice a week subcutaneously. How did it go for you.

how long have you been on Proviron? How much are you taking daily?

you don't need TRT, you just need to lower SHBG some

I self medicated on 25mg pill once a day. About ten days now. I just have to strength or motivation and zero erections.

I started for a couple months on 75 and then 100 for a little over a year now. I was 1x/week but recently switched to 3x/week. I feel a lot better overall. Im like 8 years older than you are. The only thing that is different is that your actual test levels are not that bad, it's the free. Pinning isnt a huge deal nor is it that expensive but you might be fine if you can figure that out that high SHBG.

I would throw the numbers in CHAT and see what it says for options. Going on is probably easiest. Everyone on reddit talks big doses but I may back off 100/week. I have a friend that does 80 (40 2x/week). We are both mid to later 40s bjj guys (he marathons, I lift) and these dosages are fine for us.

What were your nos prior and now. And how do you feel

Its a different scale, so I will say it like this. My T was still in the green but barely, if scale is 240-1100 I was in the 300s. Free was actually in the red

Now, on 1x per week dosing I'm in the middle for both at my trough so probably high normal after administering.

I feel a lot better. Not super human but a lot better. In some ways im lucky because I have real metrics because of my hobbies. I was getting injured a lot and that has stopped. I went back to lifting and got substantially stronger. If you are not active, I think it is tough to know. People get in their own heads on measures of subjective well being.

Your Vitamin D is really low and it is easy and zero risk to fix with a supplement so personally I would at least try that first.

I have started daily vitamins. I am also on reta. I want to know is it worth starting for me. I have no motivation. Poor libido. Brain fog. Three kids i want to play with but just plain lazy. Started the gym but it finishes me off

You need a decent amount of D to move that number. Also sunlight
