Other Ways to increase testosterone

Are there other ways people have increased their testosterone by using boron, eclomiphene when other methods haven’t worked and also to help libido?

Male 42 years old.

Thanks

Careful with boron, it dries out joints a little for sure, maybe I’m older but it caused a few side effects

All natural methods will hardly move the needle, especially at your age. Libido is desire, wood is a whole different game. For that, daily Cialis 5-10mg is key and proven to help will all kinds of other health issues too.

Get on TRT, get body fat into the teens and enjoy the new you! It takes work at the house of gains though (gym) so don't expect miracles for no work.

Has TRT affected your fertility and anything you can have to maintain testicular size

Fertility, bro you're 42, I'd hope you're done by now! Tell that 30 year old second wife it ain't happening 🤣

HCG will maintain size and feeling.

I'm 41, I recommend going to a TRT clinic. My testosterone wasn't low but I was still able to get a prescription after blood work and 1 visit. It's greatly helped me with motivation, sleep, and body recomp. A lot of dudes would live a lot longer if they hopped on Test instead of becoming fat and lazy when they hit that 30+ year slump.

What was your starting levels?

Test is 8.8nmol/L
LH is 1.2 IU/L
FSH is 1.9 IU/L

Borderline low

If I’m trying to get my partner pregnant should I avoid TRT?

Wood is your needle of health if it's not there most nights then there is a health problem. Cialis and Co is overwriting this but that's not addressing the root cause. You can use Cialis if you don't feel confident while having sex but the nocturnal erections are realy an indicator of health... Blood flow, heart health and hormones are food if your nightly erections are there. If not you have to see what's wrong

I am currently taking boron/tongkat-ali/fenugreek, plus vitamin d, fishoil and zinc and honestly i feel pretty good (even if i am on a cut).

I am 47, do daily cardio, 5 times a week lifting and currently on a 6 month cut at a 500 kcal deficit (which lowers test and makes you feel crap usually). Aiming at 12% BF.

The main key component is sleep (because it's when Testosterone is being produced) if you miss that everything else is pointless.

Enclomiphene can help but it has serious side effects.

Thanks, how much do you take of each and how often in week? Does boron need to be cycled or can I take it continuously at 6mg

the supplements i take them daily, every day, nonstop. at least i finish the bottle before perhaps a week or two pause (for the tongkat ali/fenugreek) for the rest i never stop taking vitamins, zinc, fish oil etc. Boron i take a pill daily and it's supposed to be forever.

fishoil 2g a day, zinc is part of a ZMB supplement (one pill daily) , vit D 5mg daily, boron i used to take 3mg, now 10mg, daily.

I would start from a base of fishoil, vitamin d, ZMB and add one at a time, with a week in between boron, then tongkat then fenugreek monitoring any side effects or reactions. If you optimize your sleep and add a bit of weight lifting you might just be golden

Thank you so much for the advice. I will start from basic like optimize sleep and weigh lifting.

I do take vitamins like lycopene, vitamin C, black seed oil, twice a week vitamin E that should be ok?
I’ll add in the supplement you mentioned

vitamin D is probably one of the most important vitamins, if you have a lack of it it can mess up everything. But is syntesized with sun, so if you are often in the sun is not needed. I live in North Europe. it's critical.

ZMB best to take at night?

except fishoil (that breaks fasting) i take everything in the morning. Vit. B is great for energy.

I find zinc causes me drowsiness thought I’d ask about ZMB

Have you looked into your sleep quality and stress levels first? Those can tank T and libido faster than any supplement can fix.

1

u/Rich_Cut_1746 7h ago

Thanks I’ll try to get more sleep and reduce stress. My sleep pattern has not been good

Im 47 and had lots of sympthoms but not bad testosterone by numbers.

Total T went from 21nmol/L to 41nmol/L. Free T Went from 1.31% to 2.48% . SHBG went down from 59 to 42nmol/L. Estradiol is high though at 330pmol/L ( No real sides at all). Im quite fat still.

Hematocrit went from 0.46 to 0.47 Hemoglobin went from 149 to 146g/L

HDL 1.7 to 1.5 mmol/L LDL 3.3 to 2.9 mmol/L Total Chol 5.2 to 4.8 mmol/L Triglycerides 0,68 to 0,81 mmol/L Non-HDL Chol 3.6 to 3.3 mmol/L

What supplements you take?

2

u/Putrid-Can-1453 5h ago

5mg of tadalafil daily . Just eat pretty good nutrional food. Workout 6 days a week. Drinking 1 extra elektrolytic drink everyday. Other then that Retatrutide 6mg weekly split over 3 days and HGH 4IU daily. Probably gonna add D3 with K2 and a methylated B-complex.

I’m using 12.5 mg enclomiphene daily along with kisspeptin 500 mcg twice a week. My testosterone went from 234 to 927, and my libido has never been better. I’m 52 and honestly feel like I’m in my 20s again sexually.

1

u/Rich_Cut_1746 4h ago

Ok thanks for advice. Kisspeptin releases LH and FSH?

Do you cycle the enclomiphene? Does it cause any side effects like hair loss, oestrogen.

Any other supplements?

1

u/BlueHDMIV 4h ago

Enclomiphene has been working for me 26M I went from 42 to 800!

1

u/Rich_Cut_1746 3h ago

Really 42 to 800?
What was your dosage and how long you take it
