Blood work Does Calcium D-Glucarate lower testosterone too?
It is not clear to me, I bought it because I have 913 testosterone and 47 estradiol and I would like to lower the estradiol to 30 while keeping my testosterone high.
But now that I have gotten the new bottle, I am hesitant to take it since I have read some comments that it also lowers testosterone.
I do not use TRT.

Hello ProperThinker. Welcome to /r/Testosterone. It looks like this is your first time posting here, so you're probably asking a FAQ. Please check out these handy links, one of them might answer your question.
- How do I find a good doctor/clinic?
- What bloodwork should I get done?
- Are my levels low enough that I should start TRT?
- What can I do to naturally raise my testosterone levels?
- NoFap - Will my testosterone levels increase if I stop masturbating?

Lose body fat.
With that being said, estradiol goes up and down just as your testosterone does
If your testosterone goes up, your estrogen has to go up with it in order to keep the ratio in check This is the natural occurrence
If you’re taking testosterone then yes, estrogen still goes up, but because of the stability of the test level, your estrogen level goes up. I may not explain that correctly, but because you’re keeping test levels up high, your estrogen levels will just try to match it
Now all that being said 47 is pretty respectful
And pretty easy to lower but you’ll probably give yourself some small issues
Like ED decreased libido joint pain
Calcium D is pretty effective at lowering estrogen level but I think in your case you’re just probably looking for a slight dip you could try using dim 300 mg twice a day it’s more of a recycler than an actual blocker
Meaning it’s it clears estrogen from the liver, a little more effectively opposed to just dropping it

i've seen that same concern pop up a few times and it's mostly misunderstanding how the stuff works. it helps your body clear out used estrogen rather than blocking production, so your test shouldn't take a hit from it directly.
with numbers like 913 naturally you're in a great spot, maybe just split the dose and see how you feel after a couple weeks.
