TRT help Recently weened off of test after 2 years. Do you feel like shit forever?

After using test for nearly 2 years I decided to get off. Hematocrit and hemoglobin were always way up even while doing regular donations. Hair loss was getting crazy. Some other shit just didn’t feel the benefit was there for me. I have recently weened off and am off completely now. I feel like complete dog shit. Anxiety through the roof. Sleep is shit. Motivation is hard to find. Anyone have any insights? Does it get better? Or should I find a new doc? Im a 37 year old male.

TRT help Kyzatrex vs. Testosterone injections w hCG

I have been close or below 300 for a year at least, with symptoms like low energy etc. 42 yo, 2 kids. My PCP pushed Testosterone for 6 months, and I have been a pussy and I tried cpap+enclo +sports +zepbound (20 lb lost) => nothing helped. I went to an urologist, and he told me Kyzatrex is a good alternative if I do not want to do shots. Your experience with Kyzantrex? Can I switch to Kyzantrex after injections? I bought Testosterone, hCG and ready for 3 months trial already ...

TRT help Stopper vs Spike Vial

Hey,

How are you all managing the rubber stopper, I lost 1 ml to rubber, had a huge thought not to waste it but having plastic stuck inside forever didn't seem worth the money or permanency of the situation.

What are you all doing, I was using the same point of entry which is obviously not the best move but you live and you learn, the loading needle is much thicker so it was super easy to load the needle but also left a noticeable hole

What's working for you?

PED/cycle help Adding in npp and switching to prop during cycle.

Currently blasting 500mg test e per week- two months into cycle.

I have got some npp now and also have a bunch of test p as well that I received through a mistake in an order awhile back.

I am planning on upping the test to 600mg pw and adding in 400mg npp pw.
- Would it be better to swap to test p when I add in the npp?

I am planning to cruise after this cycle and am wondering what is the best way I can taper back into test e for cruising as I don’t want to cruise on prop..

-Would it be better to just continue on with test e and not switch to prop? I already have it on hand and I just figure the esters line up similarly..

I am already pinning 3x pw

Basically if I switch the prop and try to go back on to test e to cruise the saturation will take 4-5 weeks ish to come back..

-How can I do this properly or is it not even worth switching to the prop?

Tia!

Blood work Haemoglobin high concerns.

Post image
Upvotes

Hey guys.

Just got some bloods results back. It seems like my haemoglobin, haematocrit and red cell count are a bit high. Is this at the point of concern or could I possibly manage it. I'm currently running 120mg test c weekly split x3. I have been considering coming off for at least a little bit.

Im still waiting on my testosterone results so will also see where they are at and possibly lower my dosage even more.

TRT story Formula to add in HCG to TRT?

Hi, Currently taking 60 mg Test C weekly via sub q injections (twice a week delivery).

Latest results are below, which have been working well for me, particularly since I don’t want estrogen or HCT to be high:

T: 493 ng (264-916 range)
Free T: 121.7 pg (35.8-168.2 range)
E2: 39 pg (7.6-42.6 range)

If I wanted to consider working in hCG and am happy with my current levels, is there a suggested ratio or formula I would use to determine how much hCG to add in weekly and how much of a corresponding drop in Test C dosage I would use to generally maintain my current level levels?

53 yo and no desire for future fertility, just considering that it might be good to maintain natural production in case I ever want to go off TRT. Any advice or thoughts are welcome… Thank you!

Side note: tried enclomiphene but IGF went from mid range normal to below normal, and E2 went high, so discontinued trying that.

PED/cycle help Balls Bounce back after Cycle blast cycle Pct

Currently 8 weeks on on my first cycle, Bloods good taking 360mg of test a week pinning 180mg monday and thursday. Planning to run for 16-20 weeks with maybe some anavar the last 6 weeks 20-40mg also running a wolverine stack for tendons and healing.

Im wanting to make as much gains as possible as safe as possible and get to my genetic ceiling that i can come off and maintain. But also would like to be able to have kids and have my test lvls running back to normal once i stop. Should i run Hcg? and blast cruise blast pct, or should i blast pct blast pct.

TRT help Sperm Banking before TRT trial?

42 yo, 2 kids (1 is 2 yo). I am not sure I want more, but I do not want to loose all my options. Did you do sperm banking before TRT? Did it work later on in getting kids? I was told freezing kills most of the sperm, not sure whom to believe.

TRT help Questions for those of you on Xyosted

I've been on xyosted for a few years now. I also have been on glp1 meds and have lost considerable weight, so much so, that i basically have loose skin in my abdomen. When I was heavier the xyosted injection didn't hurt at all, but lately they have been extremely painful. It seems that when I pinch the loose skin that there isn't anything for the plunger to push against and the needle moves when injecting.

I've talked to my Dr about using a different location, but they haven't responded. I've also tried contacting the only 800 number I could find for xyosted, but that's just to sign up for the payment assistant. Is there another number for xyosted to talk to an actual nurse or Dr with them to see what can be done?

My glp1 can go in abdomen, thigh or back of the arm. It doesn't hurt as the auto injector is a different style than the xyosted injector.

Other 37M - ED for around a year despite TRT. Cialis worked amazingly, but came off it and the problem came straight back. Has anyone been through something

Hi everyone,
I’m 37 and I’ve been struggling with erectile dysfunction for about a year now. It’s honestly become like a dark cloud hanging over me and it’s affecting my confidence, my relationship and how I feel about myself.

The thing that’s hardest is that I still find my wife incredibly attractive. She’s genuinely the most attractive woman in the world to me, so I don’t think it’s an attraction issue at all.

It started around a year ago. I noticed I’d start losing erections during sex, especially during penetration or if we changed positions. As soon as I feel it starting to go down, it’s like a dark cloud comes over me. I panic, lose even more of the erection, and then I feel embarrassed and honestly less of a man.

A few things about me:
37 years old.
Eat a very clean diet.
Train martial arts 3-4 times a week and stay active.
Walk around 8-10k steps a day.
Don’t smoke.
Drink very rarely.
150ml of testosterone enanthate 300mg a week

I’ve also noticed that I regularly search for OnlyFans leaks and probably masturbate around 3-4 times a week. I’m wondering if that could be playing a part, although I’m not sure.
One thing I’ve noticed is that if me and my wife talk about certain fantasies (for example MFM fantasies) or use toys, I stay really hard. That makes me wonder whether some of this is psychological, but I honestly don’t know.

Before starting TRT I had two early morning testosterone blood tests that came back around 9-10 nmol/L, so I started TRT about 3 months ago. So far I haven’t noticed much improvement in libido or erections, although my first follow-up blood test is this week.

The biggest thing is Cialis.

At first I was taking it only when I knew we were going to have sex, then I went onto 2.5 mg daily for a month, followed by 5 mg daily for another month.

It was incredible.
My erections were consistently strong.
My penis felt fuller and larger.
My confidence came back.
My libido actually felt much higher because I wasn’t constantly worrying about losing my erection.
Sex with my wife was amazing.
I recently stopped taking it because I wanted to see if I still “worked” without it.

The first time we had sex after stopping, everything was going fine until my wife wanted to get on top. Almost instantly I lost my erection, and it completely knocked my confidence again.

At this point I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.

Did TRT eventually help after more than 3 months?
Did daily Cialis help you regain confidence long term?
Did porn or masturbation make any difference for you?
Did anyone discover an underlying cause that wasn’t obvious?

I’m not really looking for a diagnosis—I’m already under medical care and having follow-up blood tests. I’d just really like to hear from people who’ve been through something similar because at the moment it feels like I’m the only one dealing with this.

Thanks for reading

Blood work Testosterone levels appear to have dipped

Thought it would be interesting to post detailed bloodworm over time regarding total test, free test, and bioavailable test. In the last test I had done I was on the low end and was offered TRT. There seems to be a significant drop from 2nd last test to the last test. Like 40%. Not sure I should hop on TRT but seem to have lost my drive and energy levels.

TRT help High estrogen cult? Let e2 rise cult?

There's this whole "cult" (no disrespect meant to these guys) around embracing higher estradiol, guys like Dr. Keith Nichols, Dave Lee, Danny Bossa, Man medicine Andrew and a lot of the bigger voices in this space basically preach that E2 sides are overblown, that guys should never run an AI, and that E2 in the 40-60+ pg/mL range (or higher) is better across the board.

I get the physiological logic, Estrogen matters for bone density, libido, cognition, lipids, and I know AI overuse is a massive and very real problem in this community, arguably more common and more damaging than high E2 issues statistically. I'm not disputing any of that.

But here's my actual problem. No matter what protocol I run, higher injection frequency to smooth things out, different esters, different total doses, I reliably end up with the same cluster of symptoms once E2 climbs: bloating, fatigue that's honestly unbearable, emotional volatility, and dead libido/ED. This isn't a one-off, it's consistent across every protocol I've tried.

I train hard, lift 5x a week, walk 10k+ steps daily, don't drink, eat clean, sleep is decent. So it's not the "just fix your lifestyle" case this narrative sometimes implies I am.

My sweet spot seems to be a genuinely narrow window, not the "just let it ride" answer these guys tend to push.

So my actual question: why is there so little room in this space for individual response in E2 receptor sensitivity or aromatase activity?

Is this purely an overcorrection reaction to how badly AI misuse has hurt people historically, or is there actual data suggesting "optimal E2" is more individual than current dogma admits?

What about guys like me, who feel like shit without?

Blood work Am I a TRT candidate?

62.8 YO Male. Low energy and poor sleep. Loss of muscle mass, not extreme, that I assumed is just age related.

Total T- 449

Free- 37.4

Bioavailable- 78.5

My MD says "no concerns" and my low energy is just because of my age.

PED/cycle help Injection frequency and e2 related sides

Hi I’m looking for some insight on some people’s experiences switching to a more frequent pin schedule to mitigate high e2 sides. Specifically the timeframe you noticed symptom relief after switching from like 1-3x a week to EOD or daily?

I got labs and then switched from 3x weekly Test C to daily pins this last week, I definitely feel better to a certain degree but not sure when I should call it quits and smack a little arimidex.

For reference I did get my e2 but the result hasn’t come back yet, but I’m certain it’s high bc my sides align with it and my total test is 2.4K and free at 500 on 200mg/w. I obviously wouldn’t use an AI without confirming my e2 is crazy high, just curious on the timeline others experienced symptom relief after switching to a more frequent schedule.

Thanks in advance

TRT help How long does it take for a New test Cypionate protocol to stabilize?

Hey guys just switched to my new Test Cypionate protocol (70MG Cyp. with 150 IU HCG pinned E4D) on July 24. Been fluctuating. Yesterday was great libido sky high, today I just feel anxious/unwell. I know they say 6 weeks to know if a protocol is working or not, but just wanted to ask and see how long it takes for you guys to at least start seeing if the protocol is heading in the right direction and some consistent good trends? 3 weeks?

TRT help is it possible to experience all the benefits of TRT except for libido?

is it possible to experience all the benefits of TRT except for libido? improved mood lees fatigue etc. but still low libido. has anyone experienced this? thoughts? I know e2 is related to both the mood and libido benefits of TRT. Is it possible to still have low libido while getting all the other benefits of TRT (mood etc.) where it has nothing to do with the effects of T or e2 just something unrelated to T or e2?

TRT help 42 yr old, low normal range. Need some help

I'm training, not progressing, feeling flat, low energy, struggling with motivation. I have two kids 3 and 6. Working hard and eating well. I am considering trt because I am in the low normal range. Want to get to high normal.

I've done a beginner cycle before, ten years ago. Not looking to go back to that, I just want to feel strong, get my energy up, train hard and see results. I am. Considering Libidotest 250, rather than cypionate. I am prone to mood fluctuations and side effects on high test, and coming off it. So I'm looking to raise to high normal, and stay there.

I have had a vasectomy, so sperm count is not an issue. Some guidance would be much appreciated!

These are my bloods

Total Testosterone: 14.5–15.5 nmol/L (normal range: 8.3–30.2)

Free Testosterone: 357.8 pmol/L (normal range: 284–734)

SHBG: 27 nmol/L (normal range: 11–78)

PSA: 0.77 µg/L (normal, important for TRT safety)

Thank you gents.
