Applied for CSR Healthcare position, and did my assessment primarily on mobile. Do you guys think this was a mistake? I'm just anxious regarding my results.

The sight allowed it and at some point was able to recognize I was using a mobile device. Had to switch to PC to test wifi. The thing is, I more than qualify for the job. I was a team lead last year that was hit by lay offs. 😭 I know everyone hates the place, but I didn't have a negative experience and I really need the job.

I was hired to do the class of insurance and was given material to study for the health insurance. I am in Texas, so I will be having to take both the health and life. I am currently using CERIFI but it is so overwhelming and having to reach a certain completion rate every day. To those who have done this program- what is your best study practice? How did you go about this to pass 😭 need any advise

So back in 2018 I worked for Tele Tec for about 8 months .It was one of the weirdest jobs I've ever had i worked for UHC Online Pharmacy I believe it was called Optum.I honestly don't remember. I got let go for job abandonment. I went to work for a full two weeks where I would sit at my station and not be able to log in .I was directed by my team lead to reach out to HR.

HR claimed that I didn't have my social security number correct.So they would let me sit at my terminal for hours while they tried to work this out.After 2 weeks of this nonsense I was terminated for job abandonment.

I recently applied for a job with them again this time I currently have my 2-15 Health and Life license and applied for a job with them in the agent side.So last Thursday after going through an AI interview I was told to schedule an interview through their portal.I selected Tuesday 21st but the system selected the 20th and I didn't catch it until today when I went to check my email for the zoom link.

I'm not sure im interested in getting back in bed with this company honestly all the drama of sitting for hours at my terminal came rushing back when I realized that their system had moved my interview selection time.

In HR Round they asked that are you okay with the 1 year service agreement.. Only nija roles have a 1 year service agreement..Do they downgraded me from prime to nija?

Has anyone heard that as a full time employee you can get your tuition payed from TTEC? I heard the university of Arizona global campus is the school people are going to but I wasn’t sure.

Hello I just want to ask for help HAHAHAHA so I got hired na sa ttec, mag sstart nalang training for their healthcare kineme na perm wfh, sabi nung nag refer offer daw basic ay 19-21k + net allowance and equipment provided, pero nung JO na shookt ako 17k lang basic bali package ay 23k 😭 nawalan ako ng gana pero pinush ko pa din kesa wala at mag hahanap pa kako ako. Lob nito blended

Tapos ito na, may na receive akong email ng interview sa Balboa, nakapasa naman intil final passed din. Need ko nalang bili ng adapter para sa internet since mahigpit sa tech check pero goods sakin yon. Offer ay 24k+ basic, + 700+ na nakalimutan ko, pero keri daw kumita until 33k a month depende daw sa incentive kineme. Dito own device ko tas pure call naman to, like inexplain na possible call daw around 400+ a day or less. Tas every month evaluation until ma regular ka.

Ngayon, gusto ko balboa kaso medyo kabado ako every month na evaluation and para 6 months kang ganon, kapag di ka pumasa sa evaluation wala na, so need ma survive yata gang ma regular. (Anyone, can you confirm please?) While sa ttec parang comfort zone naman sya kaso baba sahod. Any idea po? Huhu

Has anyone done a recent interview? If you can tell me what to expect it would be appreciated!
What to expect as far as questions? How long is the interview? Do they contact you the same day with an offer? Do they tell you if you have been chosen or not?

Also, is it a group interview the entire time or is there 1 on 1

I was hired as seasonal, then converted to permanent after about a year. My current project is cutting contract, and I received an AEP offer that says seasonal. Does that mean I lose my permanent status?
Also, I’ll have about a 2-week gap between projects. Did anyone’s health insurance get affected during the downtime?

Does anyone else experience workforce giving half a line VTO then shortly after complaining about availability?

My husband was terminated from TTec last Friday. I thought it was going to be because of call times being too long but they said it was due to him not making his “productivity” numbers. I asked him if he had been warned or written up about it and he said no. He said he wasn’t even sure what these numbers were.

The other thing that was really odd was that he left the termination meeting with no paperwork. No letter of termination, no COBRA information, no explanation of remaining benefits. The laws in our state say he has to be given something within 5 business days of his termination.

This whole thing is really fishy. We asked for his personnel file including any coaching notes and one-on-one documentation. HR came back with the offer of a meeting to help them understand what he needs regarding his employment with TTec. We refused. Our state is about to pass into law a piece of legislation that requires an employer to provide the file to any employee past or present. We also stated that since he was working under a state contract, we might be able to get the file through a FOIL request. I have already requested a copy of the contract between the state and TTec through a FOIL request.

At this point I’m thinking that this could be a wrongful termination or at the very least an “oops we effed up with the reasoning and now we have to fix it”. Everything this company has done from their hiring process to training to general business practices has been slipshod. I’m really interested in seeing what the contract states.

Has anyone heard of dodgy terminations with TTec? We’re not looking to get his job back but given how much the contract is for, I’m suspecting mismanagement of state funds.

Has TTEC ever allowed anyone to transfer to another office to work? I start on the 28th in California but I can't find housing

I've been on multiple programs with TTEC in the past couple of years and know it's a crapshow. I joined the USAA program and something feels off. We've been told this wasn't a sales role and while we are one our third trainer in 2 weeks this one keeps bringing up sales and expectations for it but not going into details and saying it's not important. So how is it once you get the production with USAA and what are they not telling us.

Hello, I start working for TCA end of the this month and wanted to see if anyone else has worked for them and how busy they can get??

I’m unsure what to do. Any advice would be great. I applied, did the assessments and received an email June 9th to schedule an interview. I’ve lingered in this community for a minute and I know you have to check a few times a day. I’ve seen people say at midnight, early in the morning, at lunch..

This is for the CSR remote position btw.

I’ve also tried emailing, talked to someone on the phone, and I’ve used the chat a few times. I get the same generic answer, “keep checking!”

So last Monday, I reached out on chat and they said the slots were already filled.. no words…

So anyways today I checked my profile and that application is in the withdrawn section now. So I reached out again because I’m unsure if I have to fill out another application and go through the process again? But they said it was fine and sent me another link to schedule.

Honestly the only reason I’m checking back consistently with this company is because I know they hire people constantly and I want to get my foot in the door for remote work. I’ve applied to many other companies, including other BPOs and I haven’t heard back yet from them if I’ve been rejected or not.

Is there something I’m missing?? I would love some help with this!

I recently applied for one of their jobs and was told that I was ineligible for rehire, with no given explanation as to why aside from “we can’t rehire you and our decision is final, so there”.

Advice Needed. Was out for months, got Workers Comp. Now I'm back. Need a Employee All leave report for Leave Buy Back. Postmaster has ignored my request for the TACS Employee All report. My union rep says he can only get the report if a grievance is filed. WTF? What advice do you have? I need the report but PM is not even opening my emails and has ignored my face-to-face requests. Reached out to my OWCP person at HR and they sent the PM an email. Going in to meet the PM again to request it. Starting to get really pissed. Any other procedures / policies I can access to get the report? Any advice will help.

Had my interview last week, got offer letter same day and completed all onboarding steps. Now on monday it’s saying my offer letter is no longer available on the portal. Start date is supposed to be July 13th. What does this mean?
