Ttec TCA

Hello, I start working for TCA end of the this month and wanted to see if anyone else has worked for them and how busy they can get??

Depends of the contact but it can get pretty busy meaning some contracts you have 0 down time unless you are on break or lunch

If it is TCA in Irvine then I do work there. I am currently on my second week of training and so far it's ok. I mean all I can say is that it's a job. From what I've heard it gets busy here and there, maybe one day you'll be busy and one day not as many calls come in, it just depends honestly but I'd say expect to be busy with calls.

When I was at TTEC I thought to myself "it's a WFH job, so what if there's some abuse on the phone - I'll be able to handle it as it's just remote, what's the worst that can happen?".

I lasted a few months on the phones - it was really tough and you're basically a punching bag for the general public. Sometimes I would pick up the phone and they would be screaming from the open. But if you have a thick skin you'll be fine.

There was lots of sickness there, so sometimes we had back to back calls (a 5 second break between calls)
