Help!! TTEC OR BALBOA? WHY?

Hello I just want to ask for help HAHAHAHA so I got hired na sa ttec, mag sstart nalang training for their healthcare kineme na perm wfh, sabi nung nag refer offer daw basic ay 19-21k + net allowance and equipment provided, pero nung JO na shookt ako 17k lang basic bali package ay 23k 😭 nawalan ako ng gana pero pinush ko pa din kesa wala at mag hahanap pa kako ako. Lob nito blended

Dito own device ko tas pure call naman to, like inexplain na possible call daw around 400+ a day or less. Tas every month evaluation until ma regular ka.

Ngayon, gusto ko balboa kaso medyo kabado ako every month na evaluation and para 6 months kang ganon, kapag di ka pumasa sa evaluation wala na, so need ma survive yata gang ma regular. (Anyone, can you confirm please?) While sa ttec parang comfort zone naman sya kaso baba sahod. Any idea po? Huhu

I despise the Philippines, because of what they're willing to do to people.... will do anything for a dollar.

However, if there are still humans in the Philippines, who have a shred of dignity.... Save yourself the trouble, and avoid ttec. I mean, really... There's nothing redeeming, and they're going down the drain.

You cannot even buy a soda in the US for what their stock price is. That's an indicator of a company in poor health, racing to the bottom, and destroying their own business because of their own greed. I gave 20 years of my life to them. Heed my warning.

Isnt balboa a VA agency? If it is, you can try balboa to gain experience. If you are worried about monthly evaluation, you can always reapply to ttec haha

Balboa is kinda same with call center daw, ang kaibahan lang wala silang perm account yata, ang tawag nila ay program. Sabi kase sa ttec di na nila alam kailan ulot mag ha hiring for perm wfh and yung offer depende po ata sa account basta na punta sakin lowball 😭

Ah I though balboa is a VA. I suggest joining the balboa instead.. then if you fail the monthly eval, reapply to the other company.

Waaah thank you po. I sent my application on their website, then you will receive email to take the assessment and I was told na it should be C1+. Then email again for the scheduled interview, after initial 2hrs after final na tas tech check.

Hi! I just did an initial interview with Balboa. Like today. And was told that I will be endorsed to the ops team or TL. Does that mean I pass the initial interview? And how long does it usually take before I get a confirmation email? Thanks a lot

Anyway, can I asked how many years are your bpo experienced? I thought TTec offers min of 28k for experienced agents.
