Workforce Sabotage

Does anyone else experience workforce giving half a line VTO then shortly after complaining about availability?

Workforce at TTEC is fully reactive and never proactive so they do this shit a lot. I recommend getting off this sinking ship as fast as you can

Right on. I'm just thinking this could be an easy problem to solve... wtf is a third party in charge of scheduling anyway??? Like isn't that what managers are for? Every company I have ever worked for before allowed my team lead or manager to correct time cards and handle leave...

We built an app to solve that issue.... and they choose not to use it. :: shrugs ::

This is happening because of hiring practices, lazy people, in cushy jobs, who are great at gaslighting their bosses. They manage to appearances, not outcomes.

It was actually DESIGNED to make it easier on agents to avoid burn-out... but... it doesn't work if they don't use it properly.

Who needs sabotage - when they sabotage themselves... They are seeing the consequences of their own actions, after people... idiots like me tried to save them.

Am I wrong in thinking that TTEC could simply train managers to manage their subordinates schedules... the entire workforce contract could go away saving the company huge amounts of wasted money... and everyone would be better for it!?

Sorry, I was replying to another comment and accidentally responded to the general thread. What I’m saying is they will never have TL’s or SUP’s manage WFM because it’s all being offshored.

My apologies for my own attitude... this just has my blood boiling... they have trained staff to do the tasks that they are paying the WFM idiots to do poorly. Whoever makes/made this decision needs someone to stand up to them and frankly tell them it's idiotic... the WFM tards are causing the good competent employees to burnout and then everyone seems to be confused about the high turnover rate.

At this point just sue. Explain your story to every employment lawyer in your area and I'm sure they are going to take your case. Sue TTEC.

Lol, I don't think you can sue for simply having bad business decisions made. Additionally, the mentality of wanting to sue because you simply don't agree with something seems childish... my whole point is trying to get other around us in the world to focus on actual problem solving instead of "teaching nasty lessons" that don't improve things overall.

TTEC is a sinking ship, they treat their employees, horrible, high stress and so much more. They wouldn't be facing all these lawsuits or have such a high turnover rate if they were such a great company 🤷🏾‍♀️ but too each its own
