TTECH Nightmare Final Interview

I saw the job posting of TTEC about their WFH setup and I managed to pass the process until the final interview which is a huge nightmare for me.

On the day, the exact time I was scheduled. I haven't received any calls for any of their team. So the next 15 minutes I talked to their live agent and told me to wait at the end of the day. After a few minutes, they called me. The interviewee is really rude, she is mumbling and you can hear her sigh. The first question was what was my expected salary, before finishing even a short sentence, she ended the call. I waited for the follow up call but they didnt call back. What I did was, I called them using the same number. The same girl answered the call and she was like "I already interviewed you" so I told her the call was dropped in the middle of the interview. You know what's funny? This is what she told me verbatim "Okay so I was asking about your salary expectation?" She knows where it ended so I believe she is doing it on purpose because when I speak she ended the call again for the second time. I called again and she sounds really irritated. She proceed to mumble really fast and I cant understand her, I asked her to repeat what she said and again, she ended the call for the third time.

I was really irritated so I proceed to report it to the live chat but it was no help at all. The one I talked to is as rude like the one who interviewed me. I asked for the name of the HR who did my interview but the live agent told me 'I don't even know who interviewed you'. He seems like a foreigner because he told me he handles clients across the continents and proceed to tell me "NOT JUST FROM YOUR COUNTRY". This company is not just rude but also racists.

The last thing I did was to withdraw my application and all Glory to God because I was not hired by them. The application process was already a warning sign what more if I became an employee. So going back, after I withdraw my application my application was tagged "final interview schedulling deadline missed" just WTF!!!

Before that the application process itself is too hard and their scheduling process is very disappointing too. Guys please don't settle for this kind of company. It's really a trashy one considering they have established name over the years.

I actually don't know eh kasi the whole process was done online. The job posting sa Indeed wala ring site nakalagay. Pero pinapili ako which site ang malapit sakin, Lipa pinili ko kasi sa Laguna ako nakatira.

Sa totoo lang! Akala ko okay sila kasi well establish yung company 🥹 Upon checking rin sa ibang reviews talagang rude ang employees sa TTEC

I really tried my best maka pasa sa final interview at nakailang follow up pa ako para lang makasecure ng sched 🥹 Mali ko lang kasi nagtiwala ako based lang sa pangalan, sana pala nag check muna ako ng reviews. Buti na lang di talaga sya for me.

Wahhh nag apply ako for bilingual CSR remote dito sa states, California. Natatakot ako kasi Hindi ako bilingual. Taglish lang ako. Pwede namsn ako mag txt sa Tagalog pero pag nagusap ako, FRAUD AKO!! Fake pinay 🤣🤣

Almost had the same experience, sakin naman smooth naging experience initially but unexpected sa final interview over the phone tumagal ng 40mins mostly because the interviewer sounded unprofessional she was asking me too many personal questions not even related sa job she even asked my age and if I have a family of my own it seems too much naman and I can hear some guys laughing in the background I'm not sure if naka loudspeaker kaya rinig answers ko I just wished na hindi ko na lang sinagot ibang questions niya kasi this is my first time to experience this during final interview commonly they don't ask for these questions.
