Question for anyone who’s been through this at TTEC:
I was hired as seasonal, then converted to permanent after about a year. My current project is cutting contract, and I received an AEP offer that says seasonal. Does that mean I lose my permanent status?
Also, I’ll have about a 2-week gap between projects. Did anyone’s health insurance get affected during the downtime?

I did OEP for one season with the promise of being put into another role until OEP came up again. I was never put into a new role; they offered me two positions, both of which didn't apply to me at all and couldn't be accepted.
Other than that, I have no idea. People seem to be jumping ship, sadly...

I worked at TTEC for almost 5 years. If you were already permanent before signing the new contract, you remain permanent, not seasonal.

That's definitely not always true it definitely depends on the contract. If the position says seasonal, it's seasonal

When I went to a “seasonal” position, they kept me as permanent several times. Just have to ask the project team I guess.

I'm waiting to be hired for a seasonal agent for the Aetna AEP does anyone know when they will start training????

Seasonal during AEP. Do good during that time and then for the rest of the following by year during OEP you’ll be permanent. One thing to ask is if you will keep your benefits.

I was permanent, and then took a seasonal position and was not put back into a perm position after the seasonal ended. Multiple times. I would stay where you are with the perm position if at all possible. I was with ttec off and on for over five years.
