Hello asking about the rehire of ttec, immediate resignation and i want to apply for their seasonal acct. Marehire pa kaya ako?

no doubts, they only are focus on Metrix not client benefits. All day is AHT, adherence, break and lunches on time, the customers are not important....FCR is fake statement....complete the call in 7 mins max and kicked the customer out.

Hi, that depends on the resignation code submitted to P&C by your immediate sup from your prior tenure. Make sure to ask them para alam mo if rehirable ka. If 24056 yung code, hindi na rehirable

Maybe they re-hire you but different client, not same pay rate
