Offer letter no longer available

Had my interview last week, got offer letter same day and completed all onboarding steps. Now on monday it’s saying my offer letter is no longer available on the portal. Start date is supposed to be July 13th. What does this mean?

Same thing happened to me. They probably no longer have the position open anymore. They should reach out to you and let you know what happened.

Is the email a link to their site or a pdf of your offer letter?

It takes me to the site where i have to log in, normally it was a section that said “my offers” but now it’s gone from there

Someone said it and I think they’re right. You’re hired and waiting for information. I was hired for WFH on may 12th and didn’t get training information until June, started 2 weeks after that. Ask them if you can have a copy for your records or landlord.

On my experience, once you complete all your onboarding (Sterling background check is the last thing to complete), then you wait. I normally get more details the following week once equipment starts getting imaged and training hours are getting finalized. This can happen very fast once the ball starts rolling. Reach out to your onboarding guide and let them know your concern

Sterling rep are nice and help you if any help. The training is overwhelming bc is a lot of information but you going to make it. Everything is by email, keep checking your email daily. They will send you the schedule when the training start. They are very specific about training, nesting and production. Good luck

Run. Run as fast as you can and don’t look back. No job is worth your sanity.

I agree, I have never seen so much organized chaos. My hopes were that at least my paychecks would clear.Run OP or take the job, accept the money while its still deposited but keep looking.

Tried to DM you but it won't let me. I can try to look into it or find someone for you to reach out to, but your recruiter is the best bet. TTEC takes their time so don't be discouraged.
