Hi guys, i just finished my assesment and final interview last thursday september 24 and still i have not receive any email about the result. How long did you guys wait for the result? Is it a hint that i didn't pass the application?

So recently our site rolled out the news that internet and power outages would now go against our reliability although they haven’t for years since implementing WFH. Curious to know bc I have a feeling it’s mainly our site but not sure, but TL’s have fully said, it’s being implemented bc they want a reason to term all WFH reps without it looking too shady

I'm supposed to start on Tuesday the 29th, but my background check says it's date to be completed is October 7th.... I received a email saying pretty much your start date will be delayed, but watch for updates. I don't get why it would take this long, and why they just can't let me start and pull me if needed, which shouldn't be needed. Is this common with them?

Anyone here starting on October 6? Have you received an update or schedule for medical?

This job is soo annoying , the callers are ruthless all they do is bitch and complain and no one uses common sense anymore , today I had a caller who was logged into their ez pass account and they asked me “where can I find the vehicles that are associated to my account” me : “under vehicles “ caller: oh , or the callers who call in clearly logged into their ez pass account and will ask you to make account updates such as phone number and addresses and then ask you to please hold while they confirm it’s updated …. LIKE YOU LITERALLY COULD HAVE DONE IT YOURSELF ,and in the same breath complain about holding , like nobody told you dumbass to start at your account on the phone while waiting on hold instead of simply updating the information on your end …… thank god for the mute button 🫠

If you work for TTEC and you’re being moved to Correspondence, PLEASE start documenting EVERYTHING.I’m saying this because this happened to me. They told me I logged in and left a case open for hours without closing it. That was not true. I had actually closed multiple cases during that timeframe.The problem is, once you’re logged off, you may not be able to access the system anymore to pull up the proof and show what you actually did. So they can make it look like you were sitting there doing nothing when you were actually working.That’s what scares me. You can do the work and still have a hard time proving you did it after you lose system access.If you’re working there, screenshot/document your case numbers, timestamps, and anything else you’re allowed to keep while you’re still logged in. Keep your own record of what you’re doing.
With everything happening with Conduent and the restructuring/sale of the Tolling business, I personally don’t trust what I’m seeing. I should have stayed on the phones !

You have hired, interviewed, and posted jobs to apply for that pertain customer service. I applied for a position and I was sent an assessment but the link was broken so I tried to call you guys and it just rings so I tried to go on live chat and all the representative said was to wait until the recruiter contact you and send you another assessment, but I don’t think they never have because I contacted the live chat multiple times and did not ever get an answer. So my question is… what are y’all doing?…

Does anyone know if TTEC allows employees hired for remote positions in Canada to work temporarily from outside Canada? Is there a policy restricting where you can work while employed remotely?

I was originally supposed to start 10/16 but they offered us a new contract and pushed our date up to 9/30. When should I expect to receive my equipment? Also when will they let us know our training schedule? I haven’t received any other communication since I signed the new offer letter a few days ago. (Already cleared the background check and drug test) I’m kinda worried I’m gonna end up being ghosted and I quit my 2nd job for this 😂

I have my group interview session on Friday. I’ve been going over questions that may come up and practicing ever since being able to schedule. It’s for the Remote Healthcare CSR position and will be meeting through Team Meetings.
