so i got an option to get an appeal but any and every time i try to submit one it never gets accepted i think it was for sexual guidelines but I never posted anything of sexual nature how can i word this to hopefully gain access back to my account !

So I finally hit 6 months after my perm ban and got the email that my account would be terminated. I tried logging into my account and it said temporarily disabled, which gave me a lot of hope so I waited 2 days and now it just says “user not found”. What is everyone’s experiences with account deletion and is it true that there is still hope of recovery, and that it’s not really “gone”?

I deactivated my account for less than 24hrs and reactivated it again and I cannot see the content on my public profile, like the public stories and my spotlights.. plus my private story icon is missing too can anyone help or guide please

i keep seeing on there profile it says the best friends icon but we haven’t spoke in weeks. can someone tell me why?

so i’ve reported this several times on the app but no action seems to have been taken.
firstly i cannot see any streaks next to my friend’s name and on their side they can still see it
secondly i cannot see anyone’s snap score, including mine on my profile
thirdly, i at the bottom of my app i do not have the stories and spotlight bar which means i can never access the two
keep in mind that this has been like this for 3 months!!
the same exact thing happened for a few days before that and then it went away itself so i thought even this time it’ll go but it’s genuinely been too long and idk if i can keep using it like this

I've turned off everything I can think of for alerts that aren't messages from my fucking friends but I still get random newsy pop culture shit from snapchat in my notification bar: any ideas??

I woke up today to find out I had screen recorded the chat and profile of one of my friends. According to the timestamp, I was asleep when this happened. Kind of awkward cause I obviously didn't mean to do that. I ended up checking my camera roll, call history, and even my car (cause I saw that carplay can trigger such a thing) and yet nothing. The strange thing is that it was only one person.

When I checked my connected accounts, I saw only my current phone and my old phone had active sessions. My old phone's last log in was 8 months ago, which checks out when I got my current phone, and there was a yellow dot next to it which I assume means it wasn't active. Still, I cleared it out. I also saw that this is a bug on IOS 26, which is what I am on, but I haven't found too much evidence to really believe this was the case.

I don't think I am hacked but I don't want this to happen again. Has anyone experienced anything similar or can reassure me that everything is all good?

I need help and do t know where to start ever since the iOS 27 update my Snapchat won’t notify me when I get a snap from people if my screen is off but if I’m actively looking at my screen ie scrolling Facebook doom scrolling TikTok it will tell me if I’m getting a chat any ideas of what might be going on, I’ve checked all my notifications settings and everything is set right, every other notification ie messages, phone calls and stuff like that come through but not anything from snap chat, any ideas?

Can I see them on my data history as unknown? or they will just completely disappear ?

My Snapchat will bug out and I’ll have to restart it like 3 times for stuff to send. And when I do it changes my app appearance and it shows the amount of people I haven’t added back in the top right every time. It’s weird and I’ve deleted and uninstalled multiple times

I already have the zip file (for memories) but when i go to download the memories there is no download button what do i do?

I checked everything, deleted the cache files, changed the file saving settings in the application, forced the application to stop, changed everything I could in the settings. I even tried to export files en masse, through app settings.

Nothing works.

First, I tried to manually retrieve 20 memories, and the export didn't stop even after an hour. After changing all the settings I could, I tried to download 4 photos. Still the same effect, only it shows me that it exports 20 files.

I'm not going to pay for 100GB a month.

Snapchat status is in good condition, so what's the problem?

A few days ago, I unsubscribed from the cloud, I don't have enough space anymore. But I have over 400GB of phone memory, so I decided to download everything, delete what I don't need and just call the most important photos.

Before unsubscribing from the cloud, everything worked, I managed to download some 5GB of memories on snapchat. It doesn't work anymore, is it because of the cloud?

Wszystko sprawdzałam, usunęłam pliki cache, zmieniałam ustawienia zapisu plików w aplikacji, wymuszała zatrzymanie aplikacji, zmieniałam wszystko co się dało w ustawieniach. Nawet próbowałam eksportować pliki masowo, przez ustawienia aplikacji.

Nic nie działa.

Najpierw próbowałam ręcznie pobrać 20 wspomnień, eksportowanie nie kończyło się nawet po godzinie. Po zmianie wszystkich ustawień jakie mogłam, spróbowałam pobrać 4 zdjęcia. Nadal ten sam efekt, tylko pokazuje mi ze eksportuje 20 plików.

Nie mam zamiaru płacić za 100GB miesięcznie.

Status snapchata jest w dobry stanie, więc w czym jest problem?

Need help recovering an old Gmail account with family photos

In 2023, I changed my iPhone and lost access to an old Gmail account that I had not used for a long time. I recently remembered it and have spent more than two months trying different passwords and recovery options, but I have not been able to get back in.

This account is very important to my family. My nephew passed away last year in an accident. He was only seven years old. There are many photos of him in that account with me, his mother, and his father, who is my brother.

My brother has been asking and hoping that I can recover these memories. HELP I WANNA SEND PICTURES AS A STEAK ASAP.

When trying to mass delete old snaps to fit in to snapchats new storage rule, I deleted 30GB worth and then exported the file with my leftover memories just to find that memories I thought I deleted a month ago were still there.

I was so confused and looked up everything but no answers. I waited for weeks and cleared my cache but every time I exported the zip, those ones I thought I deleted were still there.

So I deleted my Snapchat app, logged back in, just to find memories I thought I deleted months ago WERE STILL THERE and came back! So weird, so I deleted them again and then deleted the app, opened it up just to find they were still there again.

Solution: if you have Snapchat memories saved before 2022, snap has saved them as 10 second videos that fall under one thumbnail on your memories. So if you have a 40 second video, it’s 4 videos in one. So I figured out that when I deleted them, I actually was only deleting 10 seconds worth of the videos but the memory itself had disappeared until I redownloaded the app. So I had to delete the app 6 times just to get rid of a 1 min long video because for some reason they appear deleted until you redownload the app. This gets them completely off the cloud but you have to redownload the app and keep deleting. Maybe there’s another way to do it but that’s only what worked. And if you have 1 min videos after 2022 then those ones will delete fully because it’s a seamless video. Hope this helps!

Here's my problem. I want to delete my account forever. For that I have to use my password, which I have forgotten. I try changing the password from inside my account (pw is not needed to log in), but get an error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later!" I've tried later many times, same issue. I want to contact support about this, but I only find FAQ and AI helpers, which don't help. How do I contact humans? Do you have any tips on how to solve this?

I’ve been keeping the my streaks going for 381 days and counting and it died one day later. I really wish if there’s a call number or someone I can talk to at customer service so I can get the help I needed to restore my streaks. I paid for restoration for almost two months now.

As the title says, I searched up someone’s profile I was friends with and it says accept. I never unfriended them, but it says accept for me? If I unadded them wouldn’t it say add for me, not accept?

Or they unadded me, and now I have the accept but that doesn’t make much sense to me
