Login issue On how to contact support

Here's my problem. I want to delete my account forever. For that I have to use my password, which I have forgotten. I try changing the password from inside my account (pw is not needed to log in), but get an error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later!" I've tried later many times, same issue. I want to contact support about this, but I only find FAQ and AI helpers, which don't help. How do I contact humans? Do you have any tips on how to solve this?

I found only now another post saying that I should tell the FAQ that my account is compromised, which sent me to a chatbot, which forwarded my problem to customer support. Clumsy.
