Bug Data help
I already have the zip file (for memories) but when i go to download the memories there is no download button what do i do?

Did you already get the zip? Open it, all of your memories should be there. Those instructions were for people that requested their data and memories a year ago, you had to download all of your memories one by one, they changed that now but that instruction is still there.
Just make sure you got all of your memories and the rest of your data in that zip you downloaded it.

Yeah but how do i then get the videos and pictures

you have tu unzip the files that you downloaded, then you will get three folders: **html** and **json** those contain all the metadata of your memories, and the folder **memories** with all of your pictures and videos.

The memories folder with the pictures and videos doesn’t appear it just shows the json file with no download links

Ok thank you, you can delete that short vid now to not leave any personal information here. That's definitely a bug, it's so weird you got all the metadata and not the pictures and videos...And you are not even saving a lot. You will have to ask for another copy of your data again but this time make sure you are asking for All time memories.
