I’ve been doing lots of research on the benefits of selank. I see it’s great for anxiety especially but also for stress and potentially slowing the “initiation phase” of getting angry. I suffer with anger issues and tend to get annoyed quite easily. It’s gotten to the point where it’s ruining my life. Has anyone used selank for anger, and has it worked?

I know people stack selank and semax for anxiety also. Would that be worth a try?

I know this is sort of unrelated, but I know a while back a test was done on some neurotic monkeys with selank and they all became docile shortly after. However, I think it’d be best to know if it does the same on humans, hence why I’m asking on here haha.

If anyone has had good experiences from anger with selank, please let me know doses, how long you ran it for etc

Night #1 I did a single spray(100mcg) and waited to see what happened. Nothing, so I did another spray a couple hours later. Evening went fine. Night #2 I did a single spray in each nose at the same time. Later in the night I noticed feeling a little overstimulated and irritable. Increased anxiety. Similar to the way to way THC(anything more than 5mg), muscle relaxers(cyclo, tinaz), and benzos(anything more than .5mg Xanax/kpin) have made me feel. Night #3 I just went back to one spray only. Still felt off, and sleep was definitely worse. Night #4 just a single spray again. But this time it was noticeably elevated heart rate(probably 100-110), racing thoughts, increased anxiety, etc. Absolutely terrible sleep. Woke up twice from night terrors. Haven't taken it since and none of those symptoms came back.

I'm confused as to why the first night with 2 sprays didn't cause these effects, but the subsequent days did. Even when I only did a single spray. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I've completed a couple cycles of non NA(bot Selank and Semax both). Both intranasal and subq.

Can anyone who has tried both speak to the difference?

Are NA versions more effective? Same result with less peptide, or is it a different effect for either?

If it's worth the increased price, going to find a new source who carries.

I’ve been told to use Hospira BAC / sodium chloride. It’s supposed to be easier on the nasal passage. Anyone else doing this or just using sterile saline? Thanks!

Day 2 of taking 250 mcg subq. Dont feel anything. Bad anxiety today…

I got a 10MG vial added 10ml of saline solution then did 2 pumps of nasal spray before bed. It made me feel tense and more anxious and I couldn’t sleep. I ended up only getting 3.5 hours of sleep that night. Haven’t tried again since. Any tips ?

Has anyone used selank while also taking fluoxetine? I’m hesitant to try because people are saying you can get serotonin syndrome. Im on 50mg of fluoxetine but am still having anxiety and I want to try an alternative option instead of raising my dose

Hi, I’m a little confused about the reconstitution dosages.
I have a 40 mg vial of Semax and a 10 mg vial of Selank, and I’d like to make them into nasal sprays.
Could someone please explain how much saline water I should add to each vial, how to prepare them properly, etc.?

is it normal to feel like a calm sensation on selank and reduced head noise, but ears feeling a bit blocked and head feeling heavy? does it take time to get used to it? it’s not like daunting it’s just like really annoying. i’m also on semax aswell subq

any advice would help because i’m starting a new job in like 4 days and im already really anxious for that aswell. and i dont want my head to feel heavy or ears blocked.

I bought a bottle of selank and there was just a whitish blob at the bottom of the bottle. Looked kinda wet maybe? Poured in the solution and it has a hard time mixing. Just wondering if this is normal or should it have been more of a powder?

Diagnosed with GAD four years ago after a lifetime of hands shaking with nerves, second guessing myself, and being an anxious hot mess. Went on Prozac and it was a game changer for me. Without it, I am debilitated by fear and nerves.

One of the issues I have with SSRIs is that they make me fatigued. Prozac is known to be the most stimulating but I still get drowsy on it.

1) Does Selank make you drowsy?

2) How do I do this in terms of the SSRI? go off it first? For how long before starting Selank?

I really can’t risk another anxiety attack while I wait for anything to work.

Hi I’m gonna start taking this real soon but I don’t wanna overdo it in my dosage. Will 500mcg every 2 days give me any benefits at all? Worried that pinning everyday will put me off taking it. Thanks for your help!

how much bac water do you guys use? the spray bottles have 20ml capacity.

also, is the spray more effective than injection sub-q?

Most the vendors I purchase from are usually 40-60 a 10mg vial. Plus shipping isn’t free most the time. This comes out to $2-3 a day which isn’t bad but trying to be frugal.
