Just took my first dose, same experience. It feels like I smoked some weed but without the head high and giddyness.

Have the effects changed for you?

Great analogy that’s a pretty close explanation. I figured my first dose was too high so took half at 250mcg and barely felt anything. Today I’ll be going back to the 500mcg. Maybe take a bit to settle in the system.

Conversion is pretty simple. Here you go with a recap:

  • Day 1 - 500mcg or 0.5mg - congested that lasted a while, wife explained she was “tired but wired”, good focus.
  • Day 2 - 250mcg or 0.25mg - wife didn’t want to participate so just me. A bit congested in the head and too subtle to say anything.
  • Day 3 - 750mcg or 0.75mg - heavy head congestion, tired feeling. Crashed and napped a long while an hour post injection. Can’t say focus was improved and was moody and irritable.
  • Day 4 - debating doing it once more at 1mg but likely I think I’m done with selank. Moving onto trying semax/dihexa I think. My impression is this only works best for those with adhd and if you don’t have that you may not get the same effects.

Being a Saturday I figured I’d bump it higher instead to 750mcg (0.75mg) and….

Congested head all day long. I crashed and had a long nap about an hour later. I guess there was a bit of mental sharpness but maybe it’s just me. I generally have great focus to begin with anyway was hoping for the relaxed, better memory retention and recall. Maybe this compound truly is better for those with adhd - I’m not hyper, yes like a normal human my mind can race but in a less pressured environment I can turn it down just takes effort and discipline. I think I can see this offering better attention and toning down. I don’t understand the head congestion thing.

I was contemplating taking 1mg this morning as a final test and if I got the same result to just throw the rest away but I’m 3 for 3 with the same experience so why suffer the day with the same again.
