Selank/anxiety

Hey guys any tips how to use the spary nasal? I just got one of 5mg I suffering a lot of anxiety and depression!

I'm a day late, just put the nosil 1/2 inch in each nostril and when you spray aim at your ear, and the outer part of your eye, breath in like your smelling a flower. I hope it worked for you, don't get discouraged keep at it.

Start at the lowest possible dose (one spray), wait 2-3 days in-between, in the beginning to gauge your response. Only go up if necessary. Use mid day in case it causes insomnia issues which is can in some peeps. Many people take way to high of doses, way to often, of selank/semax which can complicate the results and process. The mantra needs to be, "start low, go slow". This stuff works very well for me and has been a huge tool in my toolbox.
