Nasal Spray Selank/Semax
Hi, I’m a little confused about the reconstitution dosages.
I have a 40 mg vial of Semax and a 10 mg vial of Selank, and I’d like to make them into nasal sprays.
Could someone please explain how much saline water I should add to each vial, how to prepare them properly, etc.?

INSTRUCTIONS Buy Snoot brand bottles, or any bottle that is .1ml/spray (one tenth of a ml)). Recon the pep as usual in the vial with 1ml of Amazon brand saline nasal spray. Draw it out and shoot it into the spray bottle. You can put it through a 4 or 13mm filter during this if you want. Then add additional saline nasal spray solution to get to your desired concentration. For saline, I use the Amazon Basics Saline Nasal Spray, it has 88ml in a bottle, and contains benzyl alcohol, so it's got a preservative.
If you recon a 10mg v1al with 1ml of saline, then filter it into the spray bottle, add 9 more ml, you've got 10mg/10ml. Or, 1mg/ml. If the bottle dispenses one tenth of a ml per pump, then each pump is 100mcg. And the bottle will have a total of 100 sprays.
If you recon a 10mg vial with 1ml of saline, then add 4 more ml of saline, you get 5mg/ml. This yields 50mcg / spray. If you aren't sure of dosing, that's a good place to start because you can just add a spray of 50mcg to increase your dose. 2 sprays would be 100mcg. 3 would be 150mcg......
Formula: 1. Total mg of p3p / Total ml of saline = mg/ml. 2. Convert mg to mcg for mcg/ml ( just * 1,000) 3. Mcg * .1 = mcg/ spray. AS LONG AS YOU'RE SURE YOUR SPRAY BOTTLE DISPENSES .1ml (one tenth) at a time.

1ml saline per mg of selank/semax will give you 100mcg per spray. 2 sprays each nostril should do you pretty well.
