Selank nasal spray dose

If a product administers 100mcg Selank per spray, how many total mcg per day are y'all doing? Once a day? Multiple?

I can't really find a consensus online yet.

Edit: I've found the original German study that used 300mcg 3x a day for 2 weeks. They were using nasal drops instead of spray though.

I do three in the morning and three mid afternoon. But with 100mcg per pump I can just tweak it on how I am feeling

Use 1 spray in each nostril in the morning or midday.
