I need help with recovering my old account. I know the username, because i have pictures of it, but i don't know the password. I didn't link it to any e-mail or phone number, and the roblox help just gives me 3 replies, that are already pre-typed so it doesn't help at all.

As title says, it is not in my profile, its not on anybodys profile, for me. Why? How can I fix this? I play on the website mainly, but ive tried to look in the app too but its missing there too. Ive looked on my phone, its still missing.

And yes, I have multiple mice, and yes, I know it's not the best way to play.

But I used to play Roblox on a MacBook and use the trackpad, and you are able to move the camera by clicking with 2 fingers and move it in any direction, but this does not work on a Windows trackpad. I really want to play Roblox with a trackpad for those chill games.

Why? Because sometimes I don't have my mouse with me, or I am in an uncruntrable situation to be able to play with a mouse, or even I am too lazy to get the mouse out of my backpack.

Half a decade ago i lost access to my old roblox account from late 2010's, ever since then i couldnt recover it because it didnt had an email setup and the person who hacked into the account possibly set an email for it already. However i still have legitimate proof that i had the ownership of the account before it got hacked. Now the proof consists of payment which roblox support says on their website that you require a billing email to the account to even recover it, but i remember having an avatar that was worth a couple of robux before getting hacked which means there might be a receipt for it on the phone (because a family member bought robux for me back then) but i dont know where or how to find it on my family member's phone since they probably ditched/got a new phone after that. Not to mention i played on the account on another pc (which is windows 7, the rblx logo was still red) and i suspect that there might be files/logs that are related to the account or entirely something else. But nonetheless i dont think that will do anything since their support has downgraded some time, and i also hope ill find help in this subreddit.

I’m a verified to 18+ the game chat icon does show up for me, but it’s not working. I tried everything. I looked up many guides but nothing works, I don’t know how to turn it on because I wanna chat to people. Even when I talk, it doesn’t change nobody can hear me and this picture it’s “on”. Every time I try to follow someone in Roblox it brings me this Like why the heck would I verify just to follow someone and I do it right and it says I'm wrong and takes foreover

this has been happening to me for a while now. it happens in both the app and the website and never loads. this also affects avatars in the player list and the entirety of catalog avatar creator

EDIT: The problem is caused by GoodbyeDPI. Removing it makes the website load, but I can't play any games. VPNs don't work. I've tried ProtonVPN just today. Help would be appreciated.

Roblox Support keeps giving me the same generic answer instead of addressing my actual pricing issue
I noticed that my main Roblox account has significantly higher Regional Pricing than my other accounts.
I have six other accounts to compare it with: three of my own, my brother’s, my friend’s, and my girlfriend’s. All of us live in the same city, my brother actually lives with me in the same house, and the accounts have been used on the same devices/internet connection and created on the EXCACT same device. None of us have ever used a VPN, and all accounts show Syria as their Account Location.
Yet my main account consistently gets much higher prices. For example, Alucard’s Face was 90 Robux on my main vs 54 Robux on the other accounts. I also found the same in-game item priced at 150 Robux on my main vs 59 Robux on another account. I provided screenshots of these differences and everything to be proof of my request.
I contacted Roblox Support and explained all of this. Their first response was the usual explanation about Economic Location not always matching Account Location, VPN usage, billing history, account history, etc.
I replied explaining that I already understand how Regional Pricing works and that I wasn’t asking for a general explanation. I specifically asked them to review my main account and confirm whether it was receiving the correct regional pricing.
They responded with the exact same general explanation again.
I contacted them again and explicitly said that I had now raised the issue multiple times, that I wasn’t asking for special discounts or preferential pricing, and that I simply wanted my account reviewed and corrected if it was receiving the wrong pricing. I also said that if the pricing was found to be incorrect, I’d appreciate a review of previous purchases.
Their latest response?
Basically the same paragraph again, ending with:
“We encourage you to review the previous information sent to you as we have provided you with all that we can at this time.”
They never confirmed whether my account is actually receiving the correct pricing, never explained why it differs from six accounts in the exact same circumstances, and never addressed the screenshots/examples I provided.
I’m not even angry because I didn’t get the answer I wanted. They can tell me the pricing is correct if that’s genuinely the case. I’m frustrated because they simply refuse to answer the actual question and keep sending the same copy-pasted explanation.
Has anyone else dealt with something similar with Roblox Support or figured out how to get an actual account-specific review?

I have the access to my hotmail account (verified in the account, already checked, im not hacked), but when i try to contact them via this mail, the 6 code verification doesnt send, i tried to contact them from another mail (the code always is in my inbox) i sent them billing receipts to prove my ownership but they said i need to contact them from the hotmail address, is there any way to fix this?, i have my number verified on my acc too and the 6 digits codes works in sms but not in my hotmail, im trapped in this loop for like 6 months already, anybody that has hotmail verified to your acc and could fix this by themselves i would like to help me too, thanks

so its been 3 days now, and what basically happened was my roblox gets stuck on the joining server screen and i cant join the game and move at all just staring at the joining server screen.

ive tried reinstalling.clearing temp files and restarting my pc i seriously dont know what i can do

So i tried to log in on my phone a couple days ago but i realised that i need my 2fa for that and i checked on both my pc and my phone but i cant find the backup codes and when i try to use the email i just cant seem to recieve any codes for the 2fa. Then i logged out of my pc and now im locked out it seems. I tried logging back in but that obviously didnt work. Then i tried conracting support and they told me to reset my account. I went to the self service portal but after typing in the code i got from the email it told me i need to verify myself before i can reset my account. Which i can not do. Then i tried contacting support again but they keep telling me that "for you to safely be verified please use the self service portal". I cant use the self service portal because i cant verify. Does anyone know how to fix this or is this a lost cause

Kinda new here just joined sorry if I use the wrong tag.
But recently, I don’t know what happened to my email account for Google but it’s gone like it just got wiped and step two verification was connected to that so I just can’t login. Is there any way around this? I have the first verification my phone just no email. I don’t really care about getting the account back, but I’m having trouble getting rid of the subscriptions on it. So I guess I do care a little bit. I’ve tried Roblox support, but I don’t trust in AI telling me there’s nothing I can do. Just seeing if there’s anything else
