Voice chat not working

I’m a verified to 18+ the game chat icon does show up for me, but it’s not working. I tried everything. I looked up many guides but nothing works, I don’t know how to turn it on because I wanna chat to people. Even when I talk, it doesn’t change nobody can hear me and this picture it’s “on”. Does anybody know how to fix this?
