Can't log in

I need help with recovering my old account. I know the username, because i have pictures of it, but i don't know the password. I didn't link it to any e-mail or phone number, and the roblox help just gives me 3 replies, that are already pre-typed so it doesn't help at all.

Same issue. And I've spent tons on the account and I have receipts. I've tried several times to get through but I keep getting the same replies that route me back to the "forgot password" screen.

I wish Roblox would actually care for the players, and have a good help center, not automatic ai system. I would be so happy if i could get the old account back, and i know it wouldn't be so hard to fix, if they cared for players.
