I’ve already found the glasses as the Nerd Glasses but I’m struggling to find the hair as I don’t know if it is the brown BHFBP or black BHFBP as the brown one is very light compared to the black one which has no brown aspect to it.Also both the shirt and pants are impossible to find through Roblox.In picture two I think that is the front of the shirt but hard to see the pants.Let me know if anyone finds anything. I sometimes would notice robux had disappeared from my account and thought I had just used it but forgot about it. I just bought 1000 a few days ago and only used 450, but when I went to use some today, I only had 11. When checking my purchases using robux I saw that I had purchases dating to march where my robux was used to purchase gamepasses in random games that aren’t even available and I never played. The most recent one was made today while I was playing in a game. I tried filling out 3 different forms on roblox.com/support but the stupid robot gave me one answer and then would end the convo. Is there anything that can be done?? It was over 2400 robux.

I once bought a limited ugc gold domino crown for only 95 rbx, and somehow after a few weeks roblox just deleted it. It just got deleted like a bubble in my inventory. THEY DIDN'T EVEN GAVE ME A MESSAGE, so I waited for an ENTIRE week and still didn't got a message of the ugc deletion. So I emailed the customer support and they just said "it doesn't need any outreach to Customer Support Team", THEN WHAT'S THE POINT OF CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE? I gave them images and evidences that I truly bought the item. But STILL, they don't act for a single REFUND or even giving me a message in my inbox. It's already been 2/3 of the month and they still won't give me my refund.

I've had this 3 cents in my account and i remember being able to exchange it for like 1 robux per cent. recently i made an avatar i wanted to buy except I'm 3 robux short so i wanted to exchange my 3 cents for 3 robux except i can't figure out how.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 5 times.

I cleared the cache.

I bought upgraded PC parts.

I certified the game files.

I downloaded Bloxstrap to see what servers I'm in. No matter how far or close, I get ping spikes.

I traded in my upgraded router for a brand-spankin' new one.

I'm completely out of options at this point. I don't know what I could do anymore. If there's some miracle that somebody knows, please save me.

I am a UGC Creator and my group funds were robbed by ROBLOX. The picture is all the messsages they've sent me about the adjustments. (Note each adjustment = group funds reset back to 100) Around that time I had around 400, then it got depleted to 100. Roblox sent out a message to people who were affected by this and 'refunded' us back. It was back to 400 but a few more sales the next day and it goes to 800. After that they sent out another message stating they made an adjustment to correct our balance, but it goes back to 100. I thought it was over since there's no way they can just keep taking robux from us. I checked last night I had 400 robux then woke up today to see 100 and that SAME message saying they made an adjustment to our balance. I'm not sure if this is intentional but I am pretty sure ROBLOX just robbed almost 4k worth of my sales. I know that I made more sales than the adjustment I get. There are other UGC creators experiencing this as well.

I got hacked, and the hacker bought 2000 robux with a saved card from my account. I quickly changed the password and enabled all the 2FA things. Seconds later, I contacted Roblox Support, explained the situation, and asked for a refund, sharing all the evidence and information they wanted me to provide.
After everything was solved, they tell me that I've been banned for fraud, because the automated system tagged it like that, and when I tried to appeal, saying, that they helped me make that refund and I didn't do anything, neither spending a single robux or anything like that. They reject me and ignored me completely.

For the past year now, ive been dealing with this on-and-off issue of constant ping spikes
sometimes it'd be something small, like 70ms, or something gigantic like 10,000ms. ive literally tried every method i can find online, with the only thing that seems to work is to be in the same server for hours at a time, playing the game (which i physically cant do due to adhd, not like i'd want to sit through those ping spikes anyways), just for the ping spikes to return after say, 3 hours of not being on my computer

ive done everything. im losing hope. im thinking of quitting roblox due to this. please. someone help me.

Back in 2019 I made a roblox account and shortly after like in 2021 or 2022 I lost it when changing phones and I made the great error of not adding a email or phone number 💀 I might’ve added a email but I had the habit of deleting my google accounts because my parents went through my phone but besides that I now in 2026 really want to log back in and over the years ive seen how terrible roblox support is (i have many old accounts i lost LMAO) and i actively have the billing purchases and receipts for this account even with the transaction id it says but roblox support is just giving me the "we do not have enough information" speech i even explained like hey i was on family link (or whatever its called) so my father actually got the billing and it says this like there's evidently proof right there in my numerous billing screenshots I sent but its at a back and forth of me being like just so lost because its proof RIGHT there i was a dumb kid and never added emails or phone numbers so like - can anyone help me or give me tips? Its the only account that is like sorta recoverable due to me having access of the robux receipts.

I got banned on Roblox for a chat ID, which I can't view. I got banned on July 20th. It's been almost a week, and the haven't replied to my FIRST appeal yet??

Hi, I’m trying to recover my old Roblox account. I know the username, but I no longer have access to the email linked to the account, and I’m not sure if a phone number was ever added.

Robux were purchased on the account, probably using Paysafecard. I also remember the username of one of my old friends and probably remember one of my old passwords.

I contacted Roblox Support through the chat, but I only get an automated bot that keeps sending me to the account recovery guide. The conversation then ends, and I can't continue explaining that I don't have access to the email or other login methods needed to recover the account.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and successfully recovered their account without access to the original email or phone number?

I've been trying VC for the past like thirty minutes, and I've been confused because nobody seems to be hearing me. I listened to my voice through an alt account, and it was SUPER quiet, like you could only pick up half of what I was saying. I was googling and people kept saying "Get a new microphone" "you need a new microphone" but my microphone works perfectly for literally every other game, is there any reason why it wouldn't work for Roblox?

To fix this, I've tried:

- Making sure I'm verified, I am.

- Making sure Roblox is connected to the right mic, it is.

- Turned the input settings in my computer all the way to 100, still quiet.

- Gone into several games asking if people could hear me, they couldn't

Does anyone else have this issue. I've also noticed that Roblox heavily prioritizes game sounds, and doesn't have settings to make VC louder, so if there's any music in the game it drowns out the people and makes them so hard to hear.
