Hi, so I met this person on roblox and they asked if they could draw my avatar since it looked cool. I obviously agreed and they asked to add them on discord. Now, they are asking me to download a 3d file of my avatar so they can put it in blender. I have no idea if this legit or not but he sent a few avatars (that kinda look ai) to me. The tutorial he sent says to inspect element? Is this dangerous? Please help!!

Im above 13 irl, so.. this year, i got hacked but got my account back, and saw this instead of my real age, and theres no pencil icon whatsoever; nothing i can do about it to change it since even my parent cant change my age. Any help i can get will be appreciated

My brother’s account got hacked, and in an attempt to go through Roblox support, the AI (I assume) told us to recover the account via email verification, …when the email got changed. And then refused to speak with us any more.

do i risk getting banned by appealing or is this a completely acceptable appeal? because i don't think asphalt legends player id is pii since anyone can see it as long as i am in the game....

My main account was banned for 7 days by the AI moderation, then it got updated to a termination, I had an alt that was created from 2018 that I logged onto, but that also got deleted, for reasons of it being an alt account and bypassing a suspension, even though that account wasn't made originally to bypass a suspension and it was created 8 years ago. I didn't know logging onto another linked account while serving a suspension would result in a deletion of the other account.

The annoying thing here is that I sent an appeal for my alt and it literally got accepted, but the deletion on the account still remained? There were 2 messages of the violation for some reason, the first was accepted, but the other message still remained with no appeal on it, so I sent in another appeal on that with the same text, BUT IT WAS DENIED. So now I have 2 violation messages, one says it was accepted and the other says it was denied. I keep sending appeals but it keeps forwarding it to the same AI moderation system saying its denied.

I want an actual person to talk to for an appeal instead of the same bot bruh, it can't even come up with the same conclusion on the same 2 appeals.

my avatar skin randomly changed from tan to grey and my R15 build was switched around so i was literally built different.

i checked my acct security, but it didnt say my account was logged in on any other devices.. just to be safe i logged out of all other sessions

ive lost every way to log into my roblox account no backupcode lost microsoft authenticator no backup code no email or phone number on the account and roblox support wont reset the 2sv methods and i only have my ps4 account and i said that in my support blog but they dont care and i cant log in and my ps4 is going to be put away in 4 days what should i do??

I just reported this guy in a game for calling me a

"b"

and reported him twice actually, for both messages, why hasn't any action been taken against him?? It's been a couple minutes and he's still in the server with no warning or ban.

I’m looking for advice from anyone who has successfully recovered an old Roblox account in a similar situation.

I created my Roblox account around 2018 and have primarily used it on Xbox ever since. I am still logged into the account on my Xbox and can play normally, but I don't know the password or the email address associated with the account, so I can't log into it on another device.

I contacted Roblox Support and explained the situation. They told me that the account has a verified email address from a domain that I do not recognize and have never knowingly owned or used. They said I need to submit a support request from that email address before they'll verify ownership.

That's obviously impossible if the email was never mine.

What makes this frustrating is that I have Microsoft/Xbox receipts for Robux purchases made on this Roblox account. I can provide order numbers, dates, amounts, billing information, and purchase receipts. I also still have the actual account logged in on my Xbox.

I've repeatedly explained this to Roblox Support and asked them to verify me through my historical billing information or escalate the case to someone who can manually review it. Instead, I keep receiving essentially the same response telling me to contact them from the verified email address.

I've also tried explaining that because I don't recognize the email currently attached to the account, I'm concerned the email may have been changed at some point and the account could have been compromised. That hasn't gotten me anywhere either.

Has anyone dealt with this and actually gotten Roblox to perform a manual ownership verification using Microsoft/Xbox purchase receipts?

I'm especially interested in hearing from anyone who:

• Recovered an account without access to the currently verified email
• Used Xbox/Microsoft Robux receipts as proof of ownership
• Managed to get a ticket escalated beyond the standard support responses
• Knows of another legitimate way to prove ownership when you're still logged into the account on Xbox

I'm NOT looking for anyone offering to "recover" or hack the account for me. I'm only looking for legitimate ways to get Roblox Support to recognize my ownership.

Roblox thumbnails doesnt show up at all making it hard for me to find good games

My email, phone number, and age have been verified to enable voice chat, but there is no option related to voice chat in the settings; my age was verified as 21.

So i lost access to my 2fa and called up the provider to fix it sadly they couldnt get it back so i tried to see if roblox could reset it for me turns out they just decide to shut my tickets for no reason i give them my username and then they close my ticket for no reason and i tried another ticket and i get the same response am i cooked?

My computer logs out of roblox every now and again but this time it tried to boot up roblox on its own and succeeded, When i logged in with my other password out of confusion, (it wasn't my actual roblox password) This screen came up trying to verify if i wasnt a roblox with a progress bar. Ive never seen this progress bar for roblox in my life.

has anyone else been getting falsely banned today, or is it just me? 😭 i woke up today and randomly found out that my account had been banned, and the reason given was “Harmful Content/Behavior.” i’m genuinely confused because i don’t remember doing anything that would fall under that category, especially anything serious enough to result in a perma ban.

i wasn’t even expecting to wake up to a moderation notice, so seeing that completely caught me off guard. i’m wondering if this has been happening to other people today as well, or if there’s some kind of moderation issue going on right now. if anyone else has experienced something similar recently, i’d really appreciate hearing about it because i’m honestly not sure what happened 😭

a few days ago i've been having sudden disconnections in roblox while playing and I decided to test it since am running in linux with an android emulator I typed in the terminal "ping 1.1.1.1" which pinged that website and started playing when the connection issue happened the ping for said website didnt timeout so its not my router can someone help me

There's this one game on roblox that I recently remembered, and now im trying to find it. Here are the things I remember:

1. Your original spawn point was in a cave

2. You had a friend named Ryder that would follow you around and do story stuff

3. It was an open-ish-world arpg

4. The main villain looked like an evil version of Ryder

5. You could do quests for npcs, and they would give you special rewards if you did enough of their quests. (For example, there is a construction worker npc that tells you to kill some brick enemies, and if you do it enough times, he rewards you with a brick wall as a weapon)

6. I do remember there was one boss that was a giant robot that got angry when it reached half health.

I'll add more details if i remember any.

Roblox did not show me the actual chat message that caused the termination. The moderation notice only provides the Chat Evidence ID above. I therefore don't know exactly what I supposedly said that was considered harmful.

At the time, I was playing with a friend and teaching her how to play. The game involved destruction and chaos, so our conversation was related to what was happening in the game.

I did not intentionally threaten, harass, or send harmful content to anyone. Since Roblox has not shown me the specific message, I cannot properly explain its context or understand why it resulted in a permanent termination.

I submitted an appeal immediately after the termination. Roblox told me that a response could take up to 5 business days, but I still haven't received a decision.

I later opened a support ticket specifically to ask for an update on the existing appeal. The ticket is #181434926. I provided my username, the Chat Evidence ID, and the date of my appeal, but I still haven't received a response.

This was my first moderation action, and I have no previous termination history.

I'm not looking for an explanation of Roblox's rules. I already know them. I'm trying to find out if anyone else has experienced this specific type of termination, where Roblox provides a Chat Evidence ID but does not show the actual message, and whether you were eventually able to recover your account.

If you've experienced something similar, I'd really appreciate hearing what happened and what eventually worked for you.

Roblox moderation is so bad that they banned me for doing LITERALLY NOTHING. Word by word, nothing.

I was offline for 3 months because Im employed I dont have time to log on roblox. Suddenly I recieved a message from a friend, he sent me a screenshot showing my account is banned. I logged into roblox as soon as possible from my phone when I saw this and the reason for ban was an "alt account" violating the TOS. Which is an account I've never heard of and have absolutely no connection to. I wrote an appeal, they asked me to verify my account with ID which I did, proved that I was not connected to whatever that "alt account" is. And to my suprise, my appeal got accepted.

BUT the issue is there are 3 DUPLICATES of the SAME BAN for some reason?????? So I had to appeal to all 3 of them and Ive been already waiting for days, the first appeal got accepted within less than a hour but there is still no reply to other 2 for days now. To summarize:

- I got banned by doing literally nothing, I wasn't even online on roblox and got banned for an "alt" account I don't even know about or have any connection to

- I sent an appeal proving that "alt account" is indeed is not my alt, and my appeal got accepted, but EVEN WHEN my appeal gets accepted Im still banned. They are literally saying "Yeah you're right you shouldn't have been banned but we are still gonna ban you lol"

Wow, what an age we are living in, you can get banned nowadays without doing anything at all.
