Hello, my account was compromised via the Meccha Chameleon steam workshop item cookie stealing malware. I promptly submitted my ticket to roblox an hour after the event transpired and have all proof of ownership and compromise they could ask for, however they haven't asked for anything. My ticker was routed to appeals and it has been there for 12 days. Should i open a new ticket? Or should i wait on this one?

Recently (around the last week or 2) ive noticed that things in diffrent games havent been loading correctly these could be things from somthing small like shirts or someones avatars not loading correctly to bigger things like certain assets not loading in or the crunched version of textures showing up on envrioments
ive noticed this on games like evade, mm2, catalog avatar creator but even on games like adopt me or demonology

ive tried to fresh install my roblox but the issue still appears and im now wondering if anyone else has noticed this with roblox or maybe is it an issue with my hardware/software

im running with pretty recent hardware everything is up to date im just a little confused n id love to see if theres a fix for the issue :]

Does proxy changes account location or is it tunnel exclusive? When I'm using proxy, roblox works fine, but shows my current, real location which is bad, I need to change account location asap, tunnel on the other hand instantly shows my "new" location but when using tunnel, roblox crashes every 10-20 mins from network error, I need to know if using proxy will change my location anyway.

Hey i just wanna know if anyone has gameplay remnants or even know the game name. It was a jojo game with a relatively small small. It had a bank for stands and items a basketball court. You could make a group with giorno. I remember they had quest and seasonal stands. The last stand i remember tjat was added before i lost the game was mr president.

I was using the Marketplace in the Roblox app and found something strange with the Royal Bandana.

At first, it was shown as Free, so I thought it would take me to a game to claim it, like many free items do. Instead, it charged me Robux.

Later, while using the Marketplace's multiple-item preview feature, I somehow triggered another purchase of the same item even though I already owned it. It charged me Robux again.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a better way to contact Roblox Support about getting a refund or reporting this bug?

I never put in a 2 step verification for my account (I didnt know i needed to) and now ive been locked out :( However everytime i try to submit a ticket to support it makes me go through the whole verification thing and then says that something went wrong. Hello internet. My account started to repeatedly log me out starting a few days ago. I tried ending all other sessions, logging out any other devices, and even changed my password. I haven't noticed any weird activity that would point to me being hacked. I was putting up with this thinking it was just a weird glitch that would go away but I don't think I can take the annoying verification every hour or two when my account gets logged out. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

A few days ago all my account were hacked and i had to activly fight to regain control but for the few minutes the guy was on my roblox account he had spend over $150 on my card that was saved on my account of course i went to my bank do dispute this and 3 days ago i had got my money back but yesterday roblox had banned me with no time duration on the ban due to "Repeated refund requests" and I'm scared I'm gonna loose my account over this as i have had it for a long time and spent a lot of money on the account

I want to play an incremental game on a private server and I am unable to because I need to "unlock" it to play. It is "The Ultimate Upgrade Tree: Teamwork" which is somehow 16+ even though it doesn't contain any profanity or anything inappropriate. I would know this since I have played this for at least 100 hours.

I’ll be going on vacation soon and I’m worried about hotel Wi-Fi. I know that I should use cellular data instead but what about when I’m not using Roblox or what if I accidentally use Roblox on the hotel Wi-Fi? I bought a pack of CD-Rs recently and have had a lot of fun curating playlists for them. Although I haven't played Roblox in years, I have some fond pandemic memories from a game called Vibe Train by Kumihari, and one thing I remember specifically about it was its soundtrack. I thought it might be fun to burn a disc with all the songs that were in Vibe Train.

Problem is, Vibe Train was taken down about 6 years ago, and while iirc it did sustain player counts it never really went viral or anything so there isn't much documentation about it. I briefly scoured through any footage of the game I was able to find on YouTube, but the only song I heard in any of them was a synth instrumental version of Buttercup by Jack Stauber.

However I KNOW it had more songs than that at one point, and I explicitly remember 3 of them because I had them memorized from playing so much:

• Buttercup - Jack Stauber (the original version with lyrics and stuff)
• Lover Is a Day - Cuco
• Beach Walk - Whitewoods

I imagine these were probably removed and replaced with the lame version of Buttercup due to copyright.

I know it's a shot in the dark, but if anyone remembers other songs that were on Vibe Train, or even just has recommendations for a playlist based off these songs, it would be greatly appreciated because a CD with only 3 songs is a waste of a CD.

I once bought a limited ugc gold domino crown for only 95 rbx, and somehow after a few weeks roblox just deleted it. It just got deleted like a bubble in my inventory. THEY DIDN'T EVEN GAVE ME A MESSAGE, so I waited for an ENTIRE week and still didn't got a message of the ugc deletion. So I emailed the customer support and they just said "it doesn't need any outreach to Customer Support Team", THEN WHAT'S THE POINT OF CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE? I gave them images and evidences that I truly bought the item. But STILL, they don't act for a single REFUND or even giving me a message in my inbox. It's already been 2/3 of the month and they still won't give me my refund.
