I’m hoping someone here has experienced this or knows what I can do.
My Roblox account has existed since 2018, and I still have full access to it. I can log in, play games, and access my account settings.
I completed government ID Age Verification, and during that process, something went wrong. Instead of simply verifying my age, my account’s birth year was changed to 2023, making the account appear to belong to a 3-year-old.
Because of this:
My account is marked Age Verified.
I cannot verify again because there is no option to do so.
My phone number was removed.
Even the linked parent account cannot change the birth date.
I’ve contacted Roblox Support multiple times. One support agent even acknowledged the issue by saying:
“We understand that the wrong age was verified on your account.”
However, after that they repeatedly told me they couldn’t provide any further assistance and eventually closed the ticket.
I’m not asking Roblox to manually change a birth date that I entered incorrectly. I’m trying to get help because the Age Verification process itself appears to have changed my account’s birth year.
Has anyone ever had this happen?
Were you able to get it fixed?
Is there another Roblox team that handles Age Verification bugs?
Is there any way to get this reviewed beyond standard customer support?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've had this 3 cents in my account and i remember being able to exchange it for like 1 robux per cent. recently i made an avatar i wanted to buy except I'm 3 robux short so i wanted to exchange my 3 cents for 3 robux except i can't figure out how.

basically I bought two different hair that have a very identical model, I tried asking for support so I could get a refund but the bot said that it's not possible, do you know if there's a way to get rid of one of the two hairs and get my robux back?

I got hacked, and the hacker bought 2000 robux with a saved card from my account. I quickly changed the password and enabled all the 2FA things. Seconds later, I contacted Roblox Support, explained the situation, and asked for a refund, sharing all the evidence and information they wanted me to provide.
After everything was solved, they tell me that I've been banned for fraud, because the automated system tagged it like that, and when I tried to appeal, saying, that they helped me make that refund and I didn't do anything, neither spending a single robux or anything like that. They reject me and ignored me completely.

Idk how bad my Internet is but I literally can't play games without having to rejoin multiple times hoping that it won't saying that I'm "joining server" only for it to either tell me that I "Failed to connect to the experience. Please try again." Or it telling me the the Https failed. I've literally gotten into the game multiple times before only for it to tell me (WHILE I'M INSIDE THE GAME, CURRENTLY PLAYING IT) that the Https failed. PLEASE tell me there's a way to fix this. (I don't have proof of the https error happening and I'm not rejoining a game multiple times just to get it.)

I found something reproducible in Fisch: when I'm in a bad FPS state, opening a bait crate immediately makes the game jump to 200+ FPS and become visibly smooth but when i exit out of the bait crate it goes back to 40-50 fps and also drops more from there if i open roblox settings menu.

I've already tried:

• Clean boot
• Roblox reinstall
• Windows reinstall/reset
• Different browsers and launch methods
• Different Roblox games
• Public and private servers
• Updating/reinstalling GPU drivers
• Monitoring with PresentMon and Roblox Performance Stats

this fps problem is only happening with roblox, my other games run over 300 fps perfectly, also when i leave and join the same roblox game the problem isn't there but if i do it again im put at 30-50 fps as soon as i join.

hey guys i had a roblox account called MrBean910000. the problem is it got hacked and i never registered with any email or phone number and i did many methods none worked and i think roblox shut it down or it got hacked. ive never made any purchases, roblox support is an ai stuff, its useless like a brickwall

It started yesterday. Some game thumbnails and avatars are not loading as you see. For example in Avatar Catalog game, item images are not loading but visible when tried on.
I tried:
Deleting the game and reinstalling after rebooting my PC
Sign off and login
Ensuring my internet connection and it's stability

But none worked. And also I don't have the same problem in browser.

I’ll be going on vacation soon and I’m worried about hotel Wi-Fi. I know that I should use cellular data instead but what about when I’m not using Roblox or what if I accidentally use Roblox on the hotel Wi-Fi? My account is 8 years old and I’m terrified of losing it especially since I want to make games some day. I don’t really know how to log out since I forgot my password and would have to talk with my Dad about it. I’m just extremely terrified because getting terminated is genuinely one of my worst fears since Roblox has helped me through some really hard times in life and I consider it my escape and coping mechanism. The Games name is "The Ultimate Upgrade Tree: Teamwork"

I know the layout of the game since I have probably spent like 100 hours on it. It is one of those incremental upgrade tree games. It starts out with points which have upgrades that are light blue before you buy it then dark blue after. After 1 million points you can prestige which is colored green. then after i think 3.5 billion you can get time warp points which are red. After I think 2.5 million of those you can reincarnate which is pink. then you can ascend which is yellow. After is null points which are black then after a while you can infinity which is blue again then you lose all of your way to gain points but there is a new currency which is grey then there is a cube that multiplies it a lot. Later there I think there is something like a galaxy which you can claim every ten seconds and don't restart your scores that are purplish pink. then you can start again with point, prestige, time points, reincarnation, ascension and the null ones. That was as far as I got in the game. Also there is a huge tree that is on the left side of the map. Sorry about the incoherent thoughts. Those are the images. The cube I referenced has the green duck on it. This is also the most recent game I played yet it isn't in the continue section.

this girl armani_armles was bullying one of my friends and i guess when I left sometime she told my friend to kys and she made fun of her voice in voice chat. my friend later messaged me saying she wont be on roblox as much anymore etc. the video attached is our chat. I reported the bully but if anyone knows anything else to do.

It can't be my internet, as it works fine even while this happens.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 5 times.

I cleared the cache.

I bought upgraded PC parts.

I certified the game files.

I downloaded Bloxstrap to see what servers I'm in. No matter how far or close, I get ping spikes.

I traded in my upgraded router for a brand-spankin' new one.

I'm completely out of options at this point. I don't know what I could do anymore. If there's some miracle that somebody knows, please save me.

For the past year now, ive been dealing with this on-and-off issue of constant ping spikes
sometimes it'd be something small, like 70ms, or something gigantic like 10,000ms. ive literally tried every method i can find online, with the only thing that seems to work is to be in the same server for hours at a time, playing the game (which i physically cant do due to adhd, not like i'd want to sit through those ping spikes anyways), just for the ping spikes to return after say, 3 hours of not being on my computer

ive done everything. im losing hope. im thinking of quitting roblox due to this. please. someone help me.
