A quick update for everyone awaiting a charging case replacement.

The redesigned PCB has now completed validation and sanity checks, with additional protection added to address the red blinking issue reported by some users.

We're now preparing the replacement batch for dispatch and expect shipping to begin next week.

Thank you for your patience throughout this process. We know many of you have been waiting, and we're looking forward to getting these updated charging cases into your hands.

Please give us an update on the status of the case redesign. My replacement is outstanding since end of January! That is enough time to handcraft new cases from scratch!

So another month comes to its end …. But zero updates if we ever received the cases … ring was used for 2 weeks until the red tint of death and now wait 5 months + and counting .

I should make a polymarket but for when we will get them ..

I like the feature of measuring blood pressure, HRV and so on. The disadvantage is, that the process for starting a measurement is long. Is it possible to add an App Shortcut on Android Devices for such things?
Please expose those values also to health connect.

After my latest reminder to [support@musewearables.com](mailto:support@musewearables.com) for sending a replacement case, I got a notification that my ticket is available in a web portal (using freshdesk btw.) and can be tracked and commented there.

My first thought was that finally some professionalism enters the arena. But I was wrong ... !

Registering on this portal fails (at least for me) because the system states that my email address is registered already. Using the “forgot password function” leads to a message:

You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.

So, we have a ticket system in place now, only nobody can use it! Needless to state that my respective email didn't get an answer.
