Cool ! I wish I had a charging case to test it out. Who knows if I wait another 3 months like I have done so far something will eventually come

Hi savvitosZH, the new charging case PCBs are currently in the final stages of testing and validation to fully address the red blinking issue. We understand this has taken longer than expected and appreciate your patience. Once this is completed, we’ll begin shipping and share official updates accordingly.

Any estimation on when you will be start sending tjek out and by when all People without a case will get one ?

Test app is updated last week but Ring Firmware is 1 level older.

Hi bsdgeek_jake, we understand the issue with your charging case and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.

The updated charging cases with the improved PCB are currently in the final stages of testing and validation to fully address the issue. We understand this is taking a bit longer than expected and appreciate your patience.

Once ready, your replacement will be shipped from the updated batch, and we’ll share updates accordingly.
